Opened the game, ad popped up, opened investments, ad popped up, closed investments, ad popped up, closed the game..... delete, thanks for another unplayable game due to adverts

1.) Why are there so many ads and no ability to get rid of them, and why are they so conveniently placed and well timed?
2.) Why can I not accumulate money after I exit the game? Most games like this accrue money in offline mode.
