From 7th of june my wifi is not working and daily i am calling in local offc to look i to this bt they are not ready to check or visit my place i would not recommend trunet to anybody infact those who has already connection kindly transfer that to another broadband

Invoice doesn’t get displayed whenever clicked, blank page appears. No transaction history. Recently login also not working. If any major changes is happening within Trunet then customer should be made aware in advance. Very bad experience with the app overall. Hope this gets resolved sooner.

Needs Improvement
Profile section can be managed more. Profile picture upload is missing. Change Password option is missing. Raise a complaint or ticket is not working from app but working from web. Refresh loader is missing on each section of the menu. Email ID and Mobile No. update is missing in app as well as on web. Lots to improvement is needed. Current GUI is better than other ISP.
