Wow! I love the new app! It’s easy to use and full of lots of great features! My fav is the ability to toggle my debit card on and off in the event I misplace it or lose it. Great job, TruPoint Bank! Thanks.

This bank makes it so easy to take care of all of our banking needs , and so helpful when I don’t understand my statement , thank you TruPoint !
Worse banking app I have
This app is so bad it makes me want to leave the bank. I have other accounts in a couple other banks and love their apps. It's how I keep up with my money, and pay my bills. This is by far the most unreliable. It's ok when it's working, but that seems to be very rare lately.
Not as convenient as I anticipated.
The mobile deposit system would be much more convenient to use if there was not a limit on how much could be deposited per transaction. I have coworkers who bank at other places and have the freedom and flexibility of up to $15,000 per day. I don’t have that much money, but it would be nice to at least be able to deposit my bonus checks and or paychecks without having to drive to a branch, due to them being over the limit of my capacity to deposit per day, which totally defeats the purpose of the mobile deposit in the first place.

Mobile banking needs app
The app is terrible. I’m constantly having to delete and reinstall the app. Old app was a lot better.
Terrible
Ever since the ‘upgrade’ unable to log in. Missed a payment that said it went- but it did not. Nothing but a hassle. Terrible.
