Ammmmazzing

Truss has completely taken the headache out of banking. It’s far more than just a bank, it’s a well designed, user friendly platform for contractors that clearly had a lot of thought put into it. One of the standout features is its integration with QuickBooks, which has made bookkeeping incredibly simple and efficient. AND has saved us thousands in Quickbooks fees for payments received.

The ability to issue cards to different employees with customizable spending limits has been a total game-changer for our team. Plus, getting an instant text to upload your receipt right after a purchase has removed a lot of the stress around expense tracking.

The support team at Truss is absolutely incredible. I’ve had the pleasure of working with my account manager Shawni, who has truly gone above and beyond. She’s been incredibly patient as I learned the ins and outs of both Truss and QuickBooks, taking the time to walk me through everything step by step. She explains things clearly and always responds quickly to my (many!) questions. It’s been such a personalized experience, and I really value that.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Truss or Shawni. I wish we had discovered them sooner. Highly, highly recommend!
