Finally found my People
I didn't expect to feel less alone this fast. Caregiving for my mom has been isolating, but the community groups actually get it. Reading what other people are going through and being able to share my own hard days has made this season feel a little more manageable. Still tough, but I finally feel like I have people in my corner.

Best Caregiver App
Some days I'm running on empty and don't even know what I need, I just open the app and ask SANA what's going on. It doesn't fix everything, but it helps me slow down for five minutes before I snap at everyone. The Time for Yourself section has become part of my routine now, even just a short walk prompt makes a difference
