This app is embarrassing!
A whole trust bank company! We expect more from your IT/ Technical department. This app is degenerate and almost useless. Gambians outside the the Gambia are barely using this app because of how poor and disappointing it is compared to the banking apps we use outside. You need to do better please cuz this is the basic minimum and customers needs are not met. Why should Gambia be insanely backward in everything??

The worst App ever. It’s not user friendly at all.
Update this app.
This app is terrible, your previous one’s ui was way better. There’s no option to reset password, username hidden by default, when sending money the recipients name isn’t shown only the acct number amongst many other things. In short, the user interface isn’t friendly.

There is a rapid proliferation of banking Apps in the Gambia at the moment which bodes well for heightened customer satisfaction. The newly upgraded Trustbank App is head and shoulders above any on offer in the market in its user friendliness, versatility and almost non existent downtimes
