TrustedRide

TrustedRide is the app for TrustedRiders: the trained chaperones who make sure older adults and other passengers get to their appointments, and home again, safely. ACCEPT RIDES IN ONE TAP When dispatch assigns you a ride, you get an alert with the passenger, pickup time and route. Accept or decline right from the app. EVERY RIDE ON ONE SCREEN Your current ride shows the passenger, their photo, pickup and drop-off, and a map of the route. Tap Navigate to open Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, and update your status as you go, from arriving at pickup to drop-off. ROUND TRIPS, HANDLED For appointments with a ride home, TrustedRide tracks both legs, so you and dispatch always know which part of the trip you're on. STAY IN TOUCH WITH DISPATCH Message your dispatcher, see who you're talking to, and call with one tap when it's faster. YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE See every scheduled ride by list, day, week or month. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your location is shared with dispatch only during active rides, and you can turn it off at any time. Passenger information is protected under HIPAA standards and visible only for rides assigned to you. TrustedRide accounts are created by the organizations TrustedRiders work with. If you're a TrustedRider without a sign-in, ask your dispatcher.
