Trustpilot incorrectly removes genuine reviews
I have written many reviews on Trustpilot but my latest GENUINE review was removed because they said it was fabricated. I sent them all the evidence to prove my purchase and yet they wouldnβt reverse their decision. They basically called me a liar. In a world of online shopping I think itβs important to provide companies and potential customers fair and honest reviews but Trustpilotβs checking techniques clearly fall short of getting this right. When I questioned their decision they came back with some rubbish about protecting the integrity of reviews on the platform and told me to go away. I will never write another review for this joke of a platform again.
