Good Organization…Bad User Experience
Buggy buggy buggy piece of software. Makes we start to question if I should be uploading my most sensitive data to it.
App doesn’t work
The App just leads you to the website. Doesn’t allow you to login to your account. Wants you to start a new account. I deleted it. Don’t bother.
Intentions were good
This app has all the making of doing just what it said, being a family storage container. In the end that’s really all it is. The UI is pretty said, like something that was done in Programming 101. It’s list a lot of elements, ID’s, Banks and such and leaves out many things a good estate might want to consider. Writing this so others don’t make the same mistake, created an account and purchased a subscription without testing on a free account. Out the full year subscription. Test for your self on the free version.

Total Game Changer!
I don’t normally leave reviews for apps (or anything for that matter) but I was compelled to do so for this one. I have been using Trustworthy for almost a year at this point. It has been a life saver in so many situations. I can access my docs whenever and wherever I need them and my family has been so much more organized. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safer way to digitally organize.

Everything in my pocket
My whole world now lives in Trustworthy. We used to put everything in our big metal three drawer filing cabinet which was not disaster proof and if I wanted something I had to be at home and remember where I filed it. Now it all lives in our Family Operating System. It’s awesome.
Easy to use with great security
I really appreciate that there are so many different ways to add different documents and information. My adult child needed some of their records and it was so simple to share! I’m finding new ways to use Trustworthy every day.
A weight was lifted
I found Trustworthy a couple years ago after recently moving before I unpacked all my boxes.
The app was great at scanning all of my paper documents that I felt sad about lugging all the way to the new house. I wish I had found it before! Every time I get another piece of mail with an important document that needs to go into Trustworthy. I just scan it. if it comes via email, I just forwarded it into Trustworthy. I got my dad on it too. Love all the new features that are being released.

It’s ok
Pretty buggy on my end. Tried to reinstall and make news accounts but did not work. Oh well.

Won’t let me delete my account. Concerned that I have data with them that can’t be erased.
Can’t get past the login screen
I can’t even get past the login screen before the app shuts down. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, no change. I’m glad this is the two week free trial b/c it seems that the app needs work before subscribing.
A vault for my family’s most important information
Wow! finally one central "place" for all the information and documents that really matter for my family - banking, identification, even our wishes for our child should something happen to us. Trustworthy is like a vault, a financial advisor, and a trusted confidant all in one. I feel confident, reassured and honestly most importantly at ease about my family's future. No more chaos and no more lost documents equals no more anxiety!

If you need a place to store sensitive documents Trustworthy is an amazing solution. My wife and I couldn’t operate without it. Super easy to scan mail and toss it.

Our lease was in my wife’s gmail that only she could access
The kids vaccination record was in the kids provider portal that only I could access.
Now, everything is just in trustworthy. I know right where to go when I need some price of information. I can get that info when I’m out and about. As soon as I get a new important document, I take a picture and put into trustworthy.
It’s simplified life for us.

Easy to use app
The Trustworthy app is easy to use. I like that the dashboard shows my “to do” list, and the progress I’ve made. The app is also very secure- every time I navigate away, I am required to unlock again, which is a nice feature.
easy organization
I feel way more organized in life with Trustworthy. I can easily access important information from the app on my phone. Whether I’m dealing with car or house maintenance, filling out school and camp forms, or at the doctor, I consult Trustworthy on a weekly basis. When a new card, or legal document, tax form etc. arrives in the mail, I immediately scan it into the app then can move on and feel comforted knowing where things are. It’s helped me be more efficient and avoid snafus from being unorganized.
