Disappointed
All I get from the app is a white screen, so I can’t remotely change my settings. Please fix this issue ASAP.
App doesn’t work
The app just shows a white screen when I try to open it. It worked when we first bought our water heater but I guess they gave up on the app and I have no idea how to adjust our tank now.

Where is the customer service that should be provided? The last update was 3 yrs ago to fix a problem that still exists.
White screen
This App worked for about 1 year and now we only get white screen. We have the most recent version. What happened? Our plumber won’t call back and no response from Trutankless customer service. Did they go out of business?

App does little but it use to work ok, now it just displays a blank white screen. Is this app maintained?

When the app works it nice to be able to set the temperature. Now the app just opens to a blank white screen. If they get it working again it would be nice to have some reporting metrics.

Don’t waste your time. App has been broken for 5months
Don’t waste your time on this app until it is fixed. Always have problem logging in. I was directed by developer to login on their web page. Report text is so small you cannot read it. You cannot even zoom in to read the report. You shouldn’t have an app unless you maintain it.
The app don’t work.
I been trying for months to get the app set up to play a little bit mor with my unit and is not coming up. Stay frozen on a white screen. I do even wait for couple of hours with the app on to see if something comes up...but nothing. This app is not good.

App is too basic
No real-time data, so more info is available right on the unit monitor it is a shame not to have that in the app
Basic app. Needs more controls
So this is a water heater but some more info would be appreciated. On the main panel of the unit in the garage you can easily see what the max temperature is set to and what the current temperature of the water leaving the unit is. The app you can only see what the max temp is set too.
Having controls of the schedules and peak/off peak would be great. Especially for rentals and remote homes.
Reporting is basic. Would love to see max and average temperature over selected times. Like max/average by selected hour. Or max and average by selected day
Also total power utilization by hour/day/week/month/year as well as selected periods.
Ability to export to iPhone function to pdf/Email/text would be great.
Notification integration for alerting/alarm so app can tell us right away if there is an issue would be truly useful.
Automatic notification in app of any alerts/alarms actions would be good.
