App doesn’t work & can’t contact support
I downloaded this app, paid $6.99 but can’t use it. It says ‘server not available’ for any search and when I attempted to contact support through the app, it says “sorry, this form is not active.” There’s no way to get help or a refund!

Buyer Beware
I didn’t get the information I was looking for, so I cancelled my subscription. Two months later, I’m still being charged for the subscription and somehow they’ve been able to go around my account & charge me anyway.
