Not worth it
I was able to get more information from a Google search for free. I really thought it would provide some info that I couldn’t easily find in a basic online search.
Purchased, took money, never worked, contact zilch
Contacted support after purchasing off Apple app. Please try another background check. You will pay 27 bucks upfront and then nada and support says you didn’t complete purchase. Sickening to be bamboozled out of over 25 bucks for an app. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
What a waste
Just wanted to do a search of my husband and myself. Said my husband has a home on east coast and was arrested for DUI. We live on west coast, my husband doesn’t drink. Most of the info stopped being accurate around 2020. Coincidence? My info was just as bad. Wasted $35 for an hour of searching us just to find out most of the information is blended with other people. Don’t know how this company has so many positive reviews.

Not complete only partial info
I couldn’t find traffic and criminal records on several individuals.
I did better just inputting names and birthdates in a basic and free google search.
It is what it is.
Some info is complete while others are not. Not worth the expense unless you subscribe to several of these companies but that becomes costly.
I recommend exhausting all public and free search engines before buying this info and then again you may not get the information that is already out there for free.
So its a coinflip.

Scam-Don’t Bother
Don’t bother wasting your $ with this app. It doesn’t give you anymore information that you couldn’t find on your own for free. Trust me. You can find out more on your own. Don’t waste your money. It’s just a scam and only gives you bare basics at the max. Doesn’t include all criminal history either. It’s a scam.

Can’t cancel
Be aware, once you find out how useless the info they give you is and you try and cancel your subscription or delete the app, it sends you in circles from the app to the website. Neither of which is allowing me to cancel.

Once you subscribe you can not cancel the subscription. Emails don’t work they don’t answer phones. You don’t get to log into your account. This is a big scam

Payment wall is a total scam!! I clicked 1 month only and they charged 6 months ($117)!! Then tried to ask me to pay $4.99 on top of that! Wack company that’ll just take your hard earned money

Waste your time making you create a profile and verify your email and all this nonsense to then hide the report behind the paywall. I’m fine with the paywall, just be upfront before you have use wasting time making a profile

Paid. Tried to log into account and it says it’s locked. Attempted password recovery and it just keeps giving me an error.
Waste of time and money!
This app not only has inaccurate searches but also high recurring payments that require lengthy processes to cancel and takes a ton of time out of your day just collecting records. To top it off I wouldn’t even trust this app with any extra data.
Don’t bother
If you want to find out someone’s middle initial this is the app to get. Otherwise, don’t bother with it. Even if it was free, and it’s not, it wouldn’t be worth the download time. Refund was requested
Horrific customer service
This is ultimately a scam. If you decide you want to delete your account, you can’t do so within the app. You can only do so on the website. But when you try to login on the website, it traps you in a never ending loop of sending verification emails that don’t work. I have contacted customer support about this and they are quite literally ignoring me and repeating the same unhelpful “advice”’over and over. Horrible company, horrible app, horrible customer service. Don’t ever subscribe to these thieves.

This is not legitimate there are hidden screens behind what looks normal stay away from this app!
Beware!
The service in fine, but they will not cancel a subscription!! It’s been two months and I have the confirmation emails of the cancellation but they are still billing me. I had to cancel the card to get them to stop billing me!! Dirty thieves is how I would describe this practice!! You have been warned!

Can’t access
Payment came out but app shows payment interruption. I emailed 7 days ago and still have no access.

I’ve paid for this multiple times and the app will not update to paid subscription.
