Update in Aug 2026 Faulty on iPad?
After the recent update of this app, which I adore, it has been glitching and is barely usable? I need advice on what to do? I’ve deleted, reinstalled, recycled power, etc. IDK🤔I have subscribed and just love the app, until this happened. What should I do? TY

Love love love this app! 5 stars isn’t adequate for all of the assistance Truthly has provided to me. Answers questions completely AND accurately! (I’ve tested its veracity through the Catechism, Scripture etc) I particularly like its “here is a question worth sitting with” feature it offers after providing answers so you can meditate further. Tough questions? Looking for Mass Times anywhere? Insight on a particular verse? Truthly has you covered. First class! Blessings to all!

Unique compared to other AI models. Just exquisite
I am so impressed how Truthly will answer any question in a way then points directly back to God and the Heavenly mysteries. It doesn’t try to reel you in for another engagement or more questions. At the end of every answer, there is a gentle nudge towards self reflection and it has even recommended I speak to a priest about a question rather than a bot, because the matter deserves a proper shepherd. I love this app.

Very good until during the chat it starts generating my thoughts and chat which aren’t my thoughts so ruin the flow of the conversation and concentration process. Please fix that and it would be full stars 🙏

Replaced my doom scrolling
When I find myself with the temptation to doom scroll- I turn to this app and in it I have found so many resources as well as so much inspiration to be a better human being. Finally an app that is filling my heart instead of wasting away at my brain cells. I wish I had found this sooner!!

I started using Truthly about a month ago when I received a free trial from a friend and I have found the information trustworthy when it comes to aligning with my beliefs as a Catholic. I find other AI to be lacking in morality that I can trust. It has helped me put together content I can use to make an informed decision about how to proceed in situations in which I needed a little guidance. Give it a try!

Tried contacting support - compromised AI engine
The backbone of the engine is Open Ai. It no longer views your questions in the context of a Catholic or even Christian world view.

Good, but not great
The model 2.0 is excellent, but you only get 30 chats per month paying $7.99. I didn’t realize this as I was using it for an hour asking questions, then it started to prompt me to upgrade to the pro + subscription and pay like $18 a month or $150 for the year. I don’t really want to spend that kind of money for an app I’ll use occasionally so I switched to the 1.0 model. That model kinda sucks. It gave very generic answers and was not particularly helpful. It even told me that a certain immoral action was fine. They need to give you more than 30 chats with 2.0.

This app is not Catholic!!!!
Beware!! This app used to be amazing at giving Catholic perspective to questions. There was a recent update and it’s horrible and giving me answers that go against Catholic teaching!!! I asked it if Mary was a virgin her whole life and it wouldn’t tell me yes!!!!

A few kinks, but mostly awesome
I love the app and have been using regularly. The thing that Chat GBT does better (haha, sorry:/) is that all conversation threads are taking into account when asking questions. Truthly pulls info for that specific thread only. It would be easier, more helpful, if everything was taken into account, especially regarding personal things shared. The other thing is that (and maybe this is just me) but Truthly freezes a lot. I have to close out of it and open it back up and something I lose paragraphs I typed up. That is all. Otherwise, super awesome and much appreciated 🙏🙏
