A few kinks, but mostly awesome
I love the app and have been using regularly. The thing that Chat GBT does better (haha, sorry:/) is that all conversation threads are taking into account when asking questions. Truthly pulls info for that specific thread only. It would be easier, more helpful, if everything was taken into account, especially regarding personal things shared. The other thing is that (and maybe this is just me) but Truthly freezes a lot. I have to close out of it and open it back up and something I lose paragraphs I typed up. That is all. Otherwise, super awesome and much appreciated 🙏🙏

I have learned so much about everything - Old Testament prophets, important people, Jesus Gospel stories explained, history of Church and our Saints, our Mass , liturgy , Holy Spirit, Blessed Mother, St Joseph, Adam/Eve creation explained very well!, Heaven, Purgatory, Hell, 9 Choirs of Angels/St Michael, can go on and on!! Love this App! God given gift!

Waste of time and money
I wish I could leave a review on the actual app, but unfortunately I cannot. I can’t even access the app. I can’t get past the login page, where it tells me that the login has failed. I contacted support for the issue and have just gone round and round for several days now with no actual assistance or resolution whatsoever. What makes this even worse is that I actually paid for the monthly subscription as the app prompts you to sign up for the subscription before actually getting in to the app. Don’t waste your time or money on this app because if there’s an issue, it won’t be resolved.

5 minutes in and HOOKED
I am a technology teacher at a Catholic K-8 school. I’ve been dragging my feet getting to know AI and how to share with my students. I know it can be used for good and decided to check out Truthly. My first question was about teaching students about AI through a faith-based lens. Boy, did it deliver! Also asked for help creating a lesson plan incorporating website design and Carlo Acutis. WOW! This is so very cool. Well worth the small monthly fee! Thank you!

Great App but glitchy
This app has been fantastic for my spiritual growth and academic journey. I have been able to really dive into my faith and get all my questions answered. However the account and profile management and settings functionality needs work in my opinion. It’s still a bit glitchy at times, pop up messages remain on screen, but these are trivial things that can improve the back end functionality and not what it’s actually meant for. Overall, great app.

Best AI I’ve used
It is trained really well on Catholic catechism and deeper theology. It gives really detailed and well articulated answers. Honestly most importantly it is deepening my connection to my faith and the living Word of God. Thank you so much for this app
Excellent resource — and FUN and SUPRISING
Getting to be conversational is a bit startling. But a pleasant and fun startle. I have gotten so much, learned so much from Truthly. Go ahead and try to overestimate it — only to discover it even beats your overestimation. Go ahead, give it a try and find out.
Way More than catholic AI!
I downloaded app for Catholic answers that I knew wouldn’t be skewed to other AI “values.” What I got is much more. Truthly has some great short courses on meaningful topics. They have daily readings with great thoughtful insights as well as further links to the readings. And of course there’s the AI feature where I find myself having deep conversation to the many questions I have about the faith. It’s like having a 24/7 spiritual advisor!
