You can securely check balances, deposit checks, view pending transactions, access Bill Pay services, review online activity, create and manage funds transfers, view transaction history, and send/receive secure messages. Commercial clients have additional features like creating and submitting wires, and managing ACH transactions.

Is Truxton Trust Mobile Banking free to use?

Yes, Truxton Trust does not charge any fees to download or use the Truxton Trust Mobile Banking app. However, your mobile carrier may charge fees for data, text messages, and other web access services.

How do I register for Truxton Trust Mobile Banking?

If you are already enrolled in online banking, you can use your existing Truxton Trust Online Banking Login ID and password to access the mobile app. If you are not yet using online services, you need to call 615-515-1700 to register as a new user.

Is my financial information secure on the app?

Yes, all data is securely transmitted and encrypted at all times. Customer information is not stored on the mobile device. Users must authenticate to access their information, account numbers are masked, and transactions that move money require a confirmation code. The app also features session timeouts and logs users out when switching to other applications.
