TryoutScout provides consistent evaluations allowing athletes to begin a season knowing specifics within each of the four pillars they excel at and what areas they need to improve. Coaches/Clubs use a consistent evaluation platform to organize their team rosters, track athletes’ progress with timestamped notes, and if asked, provide feedback to the athlete, family, and coaches within the organization or network. Multiple coaches within an organization have access to athletes' evaluation data to track and make notes of their evaluation and progress checks of an athlete and put the athlete in an ideal competitive learning environment. The beginning-of-the-season evaluation data feeds into the mid-season data and feedback, which concludes with end-of-season progress, with the coaches providing feedback and goals based on the phases of the season's evaluation calendar. Individual development plans (IDP) are an integral part of this process.
