TryRentGo is property management software for landlords and property managers. This companion app puts the day-to-day of your account — invoicing, tenants, and properties — on your phone, so you can bill and chase payments without going back to a laptop. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard See where the money is at a glance: total billed, plus paid, pending, and overdue broken out by both count and amount, with your most recent invoices underneath. Invoices • Browse every invoice in your company, filtered by status, tenant, or property • Open an invoice for its full line-item breakdown • Create a new invoice and edit an existing one • Open the invoice PDF on your device • Email an invoice straight to the tenant • Record a payment — amount, method, and date — and mark the invoice as paid Properties and tenants Search your property and tenant lists and jump straight to the invoices attached to any of them. Properties and tenants are set up in the TryRentGo web app; this app is for finding them and acting on their billing. FOR TENANTS Your tenants sign in to the same app and see only their own invoices — their billing history and payment status, and nothing belonging to anyone else. There is nothing extra to install or set up for them. BUILT FOR SMALL PORTFOLIOS AND LARGE ONES Whether you manage a single rental or several hundred units, the invoice list, filters, and totals work the same way. The app reads and writes the same records as the web app, so anything you change here is immediately visible to the rest of your team, and anything they change shows up here.
