THIS APP NEEDS ALOT MORE OTHERWISE ITS PRETTY MUCH USELESS,
Quite disappointing, it lacks features of most modern banking apps
I’m going to switch banks. I loved that they are local but I have to contact support regularly to access my own account. On top of that. I can’t even black payments. This app only shows you transactions. Nothing else.
The ability to make a transfer to another account is broken as well. If your money goes into this account you can’t move it unless TS bank allows you to do so. No one should have that kind of control over your money. They should do better.
Don’t join TS bank. Get a bank that is modernized.

Quite disappointing, it lacks features of most modern banking apps
Started with TSbank since they are local, but they have grown quite significantly. There’s no excuse to not have features such as payment blocking, and balance notifications. We live in a world of subscriptions, that quickly add up. There needs to be a way to block payments being pulled, it needs to notify when your account is dangerously low, and notify you of payments that are about to be pulled out. These are all staples of modern online banking in 2023 and it’s almost infuriating that this bank lacks these basic features on the app. I’m in the process of switching banks just for these features alone.
If you want a bank where the app shows you your balance and what has been pulled or posted but absolutely nothing else and lacks the features mentioned above. This is the bank for you.
