Absolutely worst online casino
Please I repeat under no circumstances deposit money here! I play every casino in Pa. I also play in Michigan, New Jersey, West Virginia and a couple others cause I travel for work. In the last 7 days I have deposited $3,500 on here and I don’t bet huge and I can’t win ANYTHING. As I right this I am currently $900 in a session without ONE bonus!! Every 5-6 spins a message come up and says “oops your session expired” and it kicks you out even in mid spin and you have to reload it. It’s been doing that over and over and over without pause for 7 straight days. So if the app can be that broken how could anyone not think well maybe the “random number generator” is not functioning properly either?!?!?!? I gamble ALOT and I’ve NEVER deposited this much money in a relatively short period of time without hitting something!! How could you go $900 straight without even a bonus?!?!? I literally recorded my sessions because it is sooooooo UNBELIEVABLE. I’ve deposited 65k on different sites so far this year so when I tell you this is bad believe it. Something doesn’t seem right with this place!!!! RUN AWAY FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously if you want to gamble do it anywhere but Twinspires. They make it look like they have a ton of slots until you go to play them and 70% of the games just have a popup that says “game not available” If you get a slot to load then its going to be super laggy. Feels like the developers quit on them halfway through the app and twinspires said “just put it out there its good enough”
Live dealer games do not load at all. I tried multiple live dealer games and all failed to load.

Poor design and functionality
This app is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Twinspires clearly does not value its sportsbook highly, otherwise it's sports betting app would be a much better product. Their promotions also do not measure up to other sportsbooks. Furthermore, I can't even look at their lines or at my bets unless I am physically within the state borders. I'm not trying to bet while out of state, just wanting to look at my bets and their lines. What a joke! Until they do something to improve their product, you're better off using one of the other sportsbooks such as Fanduel, BetMGM or Caesar's.

Not Terrible
I’ve played them all and this app seems to have way lower payouts rates than the rest. There’s hardly any bonuses for playing and Literally no reward points system to earn as you play to in turn redeem for a bonus balance. I don’t play for big payouts just for fun occasionally but this app I don’t get hardly any play time compared to mgm or DraftKings. It’s also a little laggy occasionally. Not quite as many game options as other platforms too. Still a solid platform and unique. I will continue to use the platform. I do video recording while playing to entertain my viewers so play time is important to me not so much huge wins even though they’re awesome to hit! I will update my review as I play more and get a better feel of Twinspires because as of now I’ve only used the platform on and off over the past 6 months.

Worst payouts I’ve seen in Michigan
Of all the gambling apps in Michigan, TwinSpires has the absolute worst payout I’ve seen. The problem isn’t even a lack of bonuses or free spins on games - it’s that you never win big…ever. I’ve been playing this site for a year and I keep doing time outs because it’s such a waste of money. Great selection of games, pretty good tech wise - but don’t expect to win big here on the casino side. Any other app in Michigan is better for payouts. I’ll be excluding for 5 years after tonight. Such a waste of time and money. This site has real potential with the huge selection of games, but it’ll be tainted by poor payouts, which we all know is way more important than variety. I’ll give it two stars for game selection but it really offers nothing more than that. Spend your money anywhere else.

Do not trust this
I have played on quite a handful of online blackjack tables. Never in my life has the “dealer” gotten as many blackjacks as this one. At one point it got 3 or 4 in a row. I understand bad luck, but this is ridiculous. At one point I think every 1 in 3 the dealer got blackjack. Not just that but once or twice it would freeze when I was up and bring me back to the Home Screen saying my original amount before I was up. I do not gamble a lot of money thankfully, but if your looking for table games, I would look elsewhere.

OKAY…..The geolocation problem is fixed, however it is PAINFULLY SLOW going from page to page. I will now rate it at 3 Stars. If it can be made speedier transitioning between pages, I will kick it up to a 4 Star

Below average
The casino portion is very glitchy. The cash out process takes longer than DraftKings, FanDuel, betMgm, or PointsBet. It’s also the only app the does not allow you to withdraw change. So basically you always have a fraction of a dollar you can’t cash out. I would not recommend this site over other gambling options and especially not for casino. Also pretty poor in terms of customer service and functionality. I could nitpick 10 or 12 different aspects of this app but moral of the story is to use DraftKings instead.
On the bright side there are a few good ongoing sports bet promotions that are good. Mainly the brick wall bonus on hockey Thursdays and 3 point bonus on nba on Wednesdays. Also first round knockout bonuses in ufc. Plus various others. That being said the promotions are not necessarily better than other sites.

Worst in Michigan
Twinspires is by far the shadiest platform developer of online casino phone apps. The Michigan casino (Island Casino, wherever that is) piggybacks on their sins but, ethically, they aren't much better. Collectively, these two companies conduct their business in a manner that would (and should) be considered a crime. I'm fully aware that I have a gambling problem and fully aware that I may not have an objective opinion on the matter but it sickens me to know how much of my hard earned money these two "companies" have actually stolen from me (seriously).
I've dealt with every scum bag casino app out there at this point and I've been willing to shovel money into all of their pockets. I have a pretty low opinion of them all but I chose to rate this app because it's by far the worst one. Bad payouts, uses tricks to get you to do the exact opposite of what you're intending to do-then restricts you from reversing what you did for 24+ hours. Doesn't prevent gambling junkies from logging on during their time-out periods and will still allow you to deposit money that you can't use and withdrawing it back out takes 3+ days.

All around GREAT book and casino!
Good app, it’s nice to be able to actually reach out to a live person at Customer Service when/if I have an issue. I can’t think of another book or casino that does that. Everyone has some bugs from time to time, but overall solid and trustworthy platform!

They give you 50 free spins a day as a promotion offer. After completing all the days of free spins I had $25 in my account. There was a one time play through requirement on this which was easy enough. The only problem is let’s say you play a slot and win $1 on the spin. Your next spin will use the $1 you just won in cash instead of using the bonus basically ensuring you can’t get the bonus money out. To get the money out you would have to take your winnings after each spin and make a deposit to have the minimum withdraw amount in your account. Idk why anyone would use this casino over draft kings or other online casinos. I have never seen an online casino use your cash before bonus credits given to you. The blackjack is also rigged in this app. I have played around 15 hands of blackjack and have lost every single one. The dealer hits a 19-21 every single time. 15 loses in a row on blackjack is not real odds. Don’t use this casino. Draft kings offers new users $100 in free casino play just for making a deposit and doesn’t require you to use any of your cash. Just a simple free $100 with a 1 time play through.

More problems than solutions!!!
All Sportsbook apps are basically the same, so it’s what’s different that might attract you to one or the other. This is where the application falls flat.... constant issues with Location Verification (acknowledged by support but no fix in site) so can’t use on your phone while not at home or on WiFi?!?! So basically I should “avoid the app” and use the Desktop version....
Lastly, if this is known why not advise your consumer base? Over all poor product, poor performance, lacking any customer support (after hours help does not exists), avoid this app and use another!!!

Unable to Withdraw Full Amount
Extremely buggy app. Wasted an hour with their “tech support” and they gave me runarounds. The issue is that I have an amount to withdraw that has dollars and cents and there isn’t an option for a decimal point. Their support had me try signing out and signing back in; didn’t work. Uninstalling and reinstalling; didn’t work. They also said I need to deposit at least $10 via PayPal if I want to use PayPal to be able to withdraw and I stated I did but the agent lied to me and said their records show I didn’t use PayPal. So when i sent the screenshot of the PayPal transaction, more stall tactics. I asked to escalate to a higher tier support and they would not. Every time I try one of their methods, I would lose the troubleshooting chat and would have to start all over after trying their method. I just want my money so I don’t have to use this app again.

This is so much better then DraftKings also... customer service is on point and doesn’t have me waiting for days to have my account running again. I asked for my money back on DK but they still have to get back on me... I’m just glad you guys are doing great and way better than them.

Twinspires is awesome to get paid is great also welsfargo check took 4 days or you can get it put back in your checking account you can bet on games while they are going they change the spread all around everything is great about this site no need for a book that you have to go pay on Friday’s

App is easy to use but I have one major beef. Sometimes the time remaining on games is off by a few minutes. I’ve been doing a lot of over under and this can have a major impact on how you pick in game. I would suggest either making pregame bets or watching the live broadcast for your o/u’s. Fix this and 5 stars!

There are really only one complaint. Once the bet is entered and the count down begins, you cannot cancel the bet. Other than that, it runs smooth and is up to date. At times they change the lines before the updated scores but it is still accurate mostly.
New to Twinspires Sportsbook TN
The only negative thing I have to say is. I don’t know if I’m just dumb but sometimes I’ll want to place a bet and it won’t automatically do the math and I keep getting a message to enter a stake and end up not placing the bet. However I have bragged to my friends about the app and continue to share my positive experience.
