App is crashing as soon as I sign in
As I’m trying to get into my account to see my schedule as I was about to login it was loading and then crashed and the whole app closed out and I’ve turned off my phone deleted the app redownloaded it and still the same.
Why doesn’t Face ID work
Would make it way easier to be able to use Face ID to access this so I can see my schedule but ever time I hit register the circle spins for a millisecond than nothing
Allow face recognition
The face recognition doesn’t work. It has never worked for me for years now.

Making me reconsider my job
As an employee, one of the worst time management apps I’ve ever used ever. Just garbage in every sense of the word.

I am not pleased with the fact that face id has been removed. The log on screen changed and is difficult to use.
Face ID not working.
When i log in with my user ID and password it will let me log in.
When i go to settings before logging in to allow Face ID it asks for user ID and password and says credentials are incorrect.

Not great
Was working fine until the last update . Now log in page is tiny , store schedule is magnified , and Face ID no longer works . It’s junk now ….
Annoying to use
Would love to see dark mode. Slow to load. Latest update broke the ability to “register” for FaceID login, kinda inconvenient.
Fix the schedule screen
Ever since the last update the schedule information isn’t populating correctly. Lines are running together and I can’t see how many hours I am scheduled for the week. Very difficult to read. I have an iPhone.
Update needed
This app has worked great for me for four years. Since the last update, about a week ago, my Face ID no longer works. I open this app multiple times a day and manually logging in every single time is quite a nuisance. Please fix this. Apparently this is my only option to get help with this app.
Update isn’t great
I used to love using this app for my work. It’s pretty much required for my job. However, ever since the latest update the Face ID has not let me login. It keeps saying that I have “invalid credentials” even though I’m using the same credentials that I use to login regularly. Face ID really made the login process easier, and I’d like to be able to use it again.

Latest Update Caused Problems
The app used to work fine. Since the latest update, about a week ago, the login page is TINY. I could deal with having to enlarge the page to login, but you can’t login and stay logged in. It logged you out after a couple minutes or as soon as you close the screen. I cannot enable Face ID, because, although my user ID and password work on the login page, when I try to go to settings and set up face ID, it says my credentials are invalid. It’s a real pain to use now.

Face ID not working
I updated my phone to the news iOS 16.4 and the Face ID has stopped work I think the app need to get updated to the latest version of iOS 16.4 this is the only app that the Face ID stopped working on please fix
Worst app
Nit friendly with iPhones. Constantly freezes, every time I use it I have uninstall and reinstall to get it to work
Needs updating
I had the app and deleted it when it froze on a schedule. Now it won’t let me open in a new application?
Has Issues
For whatever reason, whenever I open the app after having signed in previously, it gives an error message stating that there was a failure to retrieve data from the server. It will not let me log out or otherwise restart the app. The only way I’ve found to fix this is to redownload the app.
