We are recreational RVers and really appreciate the savings and convenience with Open Roads. Customer service is very responsive and friendly/helpful. We’ve never had an issue or problem at the pumps. The app is very helpful at finding fuel in the radius we set and showing our price so we know where we can save the most, or what location is most convenient. Will definitely continue to use and would highly recommend to anyone.
Just a note- make sure you fill up in the big rig (18 wheeler) lanes, otherwise you won’t receive the discount. This is clearly laid out in the instructions you’ll receive. I pulled into a Loves once and the big rig line was so backed up that i pulled into the RV pumps… i could’ve just used my normal debit card but used my open roads card out of habit. My bad.
Still, well worth the time and great app/program.

Need clarity
When opening the app, it opens in the middle of Kansas or Illinois. Not where I live or current location. There are so many “providers/stations, that if I reduce the number the app the closest TA doesn’t show up in my area. The charge for the use of the pump doesn’t state per use or per gallon. The added fee for this app. (open roads) charges 50% of the cost. Up to 5cents per gallon. So the displayed price per gallon say ($5.36) now is .40 cents PUMP use + 5cents is it now $5.41 +40 cents $5.81 for 1gal. And $5.41 SO how about display the costs per gallon (including the fees)

Every penny …especially this summer!
Every penny this summer! Fuel is fluctuating widely and this card dampens the swings. Options abound but a very competitive value.

Can’t get card to arrive in mail. Customer service isn’t great.
Prices have not been matching the app
So, when I was new to the program , I called and spoke with a representative. I was told that the prices that you see on the app are what you will pay after everything processes. Months ago it was close, but never what the app shows. Not only is this not true, when I run the math (even calculator) they round “up” to the nearest cent even when it is lower than “5”. I suppose they just round up anyway. Not only that, but it was not less than going to Sam’s or a Murphy’s. Circle K or QT would have been cheaper even after my savings. This is going in the wrong direction.

Convenience
This by far the easiest way to travel in any rig especially a Large Class Most places are hard to get in and out of unless you go to the Semi Truck Pumps. The Open Roads Card program is a MUST HAVE. There is no down side. You can see your fuel price and locations on your app while you travel. The staff can be reached via Email and quickly by phone. First Class Operation.

Horrible Interface
Confusing and full of incidental and cague charges. Flagged for change to payment method despite having valid data.
How about discounts on gas?
Buying diesel is a breeze with open roads. Payment is a piece of cake. But is there plans to include gas? I hope so…..🫤

Glad we found out about Open Roads
Put over 3000 miles on our motorhome in the last month. This card really helped us save money on gas.
.15 less at local station
Filled up with my card then found fuel 25 cents per gallon less at 3 different places.
Can’t live without it!
I have a big diesel pusher MH. I’ve been using Open Roads for 5 years now and it has saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend it!

With a $.40 transaction fee there is frequently a $.10 savings. It’s a scam!
Worth it?
Absolutely worth the hassle of getting signed up. Not always the best price in the area, but certainly offers an alternative to the normal stations.
Open roads
Good group to work with. Always helpful if needed. Savings vary but if you like the ease of filling up at truck stops, great card for you.
