VWFH_TSE is a voice-enabled Task and Performance Management System for co-located and/or distributed teams. It is also extremely effective for the Hybrid and purely "Work From Anywhere" models. Salient Features of this app: 1. Easy to use as it is voice-enabled. It allows you to use the app on the go. This means that you can create/update/track tasks and track projects effortlessly. 2. Easy to on-board and set up teams. You can set up different roles for your team members depending on their authorization level. 3. Helps you collaborate from wherever you are. It is not only easy to create and track your meetings but also to attend them as the app comes with an online audio/video meeting option. 4. Real-time Dashboards to show the progress of the team. You can drill-down via these dashboards to quickly and easily get the detailed information that you are looking for. 5. Intelligent tracking system. The app can figure out the status (Delayed, Watchlist, On Track) of each task or bug. This way, you will not have to manually check the progress of each task to find out the status. 6. Leave Planning, Holiday Calendar, and Capacity Planning. You can raise a leave request, track your leaves, or even approve leaves of your team members (this will be as per your authorization level). These inputs, along with Holiday Calendar go to Capacity Planning for a real-time view of the availability of each team-member. 7. Daily and weekly planner for the team members. This way, you can organize your work-day and work-week more efficiently. 8. Timesheets and Attendance Tracker. You can fill your timesheets as well as view timesheets (as per your authorization). You can also check your attendance as well as get attendance reports. 9. Performance Management (coming soon). You can get real-time reports on the performance of your team members on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis. You can even get these reports based on any specific time-period.
