This app has so many glitches. Every time I'm chatting with my mentee an error code pops up. The video chat function never works.

Accessibility
The first thing I noticed about this update was how small the text size seemed. I can still read it but if my vision were impaired it would be a huge struggle. I got curious and turned on the zoom feature on my phone but the app itself definitely did not support the zoom and I can’t find any app setting to fix the text size. There is a very visible contrast when I type my messages out, my keyboard letters are normal and then the app letters are tiny next to it.

Terrible with awful support. The faq’s dont even describe how to make a call. Their continued reaponse- download the app again. Dreadful.
Great program low application
Yes, this app was a nice addition, due to quarantine that made everything a world of chaos with infections and spread. The app needs some more improvements with fixing the total overlay and trying to further improve the basic functions, such as the video great item to use since the zooms are timed and some can’t attend due to a variety of reasons, but it’s better to learn how to walk then to run.

Horrible App
My students and I waste so much time trying to use this app.
Limited Mentor Toolkit Functionality
The tool gives access to the Mentor Toolkit which is actually a PDF on a Google drive. The issue is you cannot download or print sections of the document as needed which makes it useless. Furthermore the app does not allow sending a support request or feature enhancement request.
No notifications
I have tried all the troubleshooting options and still, no notifications that I have a message. Very frustrating!
Video function drops continuously
The video function on this app is dropping the call every 10 seconds. I’m told it’s because too many are using it at once but since this is the only way ( except text/chat) to meet, capacity needs to be increased. I just met my Mentee this month and it’s difficult to establish any kind of relationship when I can’t even finish a sentence. The chat function is ok but doesn’t really allow for familiarity. If this is the only way for me to talk face to face during the pandemic, developers need to fix this problem or go back to allowing Zoom

User Interface needs work
The interface of the app could cut out the side bar menu. It’s not necessary to have it if the home page already has most of those buttons. I also don’t really understand the purpose of the upload listing as its own button on the bottom panel. It would function better as chat feature.
Video Chat is a great addition
This app has come a long way since we went virtual back in March. While there are still a few things lacking, it’s a huge improvement since the video feature became available.
App will not work with iPhone 12
When I purchased a new phone, I downloaded this app, but it does not work. The app downloads, but the main screen lacks the links to click anything. I am not able to go past the main screen, as there is nothing to tap. Help!
Difficult
Very difficult and cumbersome Do not like it. Can’t edit the session logs. Unable to share links. Very aggravating

app is bad.
can’t use it in dark mode, it’s ugly, you can’t use it on the iPad (which is the only device I have). you technically can use it on the iPad, it’s just the screen is completely unable to read. you can’t use it in dark mode, so are we all just expected to change a load of settings just to use a barely functional app? the app is horrible, when in reality, it’s just a basic texting app with features that don’t work.

Many unresolved problems in 2.1
Messages are dropped regularly, error msg when trying to log a session that gives no info.
Barely Usable
For some reason, this app doesn’t support dark mode? Am I really expected to change a bunch of settings on my phone just to be able to write text messages back and forth?
For what amounts to a monitored texting platform, the implementation of this app is horrible. Hopefully TSIC can work this out since they are being so strict about their rules during a time of crisis.
