Appreciate that you like updating things to remain current but mostly what it is creating is the need need to learn to navigate an app that is often not easier to navigate
New does not need to mean complex and difficult. New could mean less is more
Also frustration on coverage: example when the Winnipeg Jets were on a winning streak of 15 often the coverage would be 4 th or sometime 8 th. But if Austin Matthew’s has a mystery injury TOP of the news
Just would love to see coverage across the board fairness in coverage. Example best goalie in the league you mention it hardly at all
There is no competition to coverage. If there was I would probably use them. I live in Wpg not “ center” of the perceived universe “TO”

So most recent changes : I am a Wpg Jets hockey fan and I follow most sports closely. But that being said I have put my favorited as NHL but the app insists on placing F1 NFL and golf. So every time I want to check something on the Jets I have to go the longest route to get to the info
Bottom line: app does not work very well

Too many commercials, poor layout, needs total redesign
A total waste of 30 dollars per month
Terrible value. They charge $30 a month just to flood you with a thousand ads per game. They only buy boring sports and predictable leagues where only one or two teams ever win. If you actually watch global or niche sports, please don't buy it! Save your $5 a month and switch to DAZN instead. TSN is literally just the Roblox of sports apps. I only recommend it for the World Cup and Euros.

Streaming on phone doesn’t work
Paid for monthly subscription but the live streams don’t work on phone app. After 10seconds get the buffering wheel and video freezes. It’s not a wifi or phone signal issue as I can stream on other apps and tried it in multiple areas and on different networks. TSN is the only one that doesn’t work. Not worth the money.

Good, could be great
First off, I only use the Apple TV app (needed for Helix). Would like to have some customizability for the home page. For example, I only care about LaLiga (and mostly only Barcelona) sometimes CPL or NWSL, why are all the different football leagues lumped into one category? my husband is into CPL and Nascar. Would be nice to not see all of the golf and baseball and whatever that we are never going to watch. Also, TSN should include Premium games in the "Live & Upcoming" lists for premium subscribers. Will my game actually be on? Who knows, check it 20 minutes before kickoff once the stream goes live. Subscribing and account flow could be a LOT smoother compared to your ESPN counterpart. I couldn't even get apple pay to work on my phone this year? Make sure to use a temp cc number since it will be stored/leaked. Also, I know Canadians are SUPER into gambling, but I am living here... and find that type of content really off-putting.

TV app
After the latest update the tv app kicks us out when in the app and we now have to log in every single day. We never had to log back in previously. Please fix this!
Scammed me out of $80 for TSN+ which is no longer available no refund!!!
I renewed TSN + in March recently tried to use it just to find out that TSN+ is no longer available and never was refunded the subscription
Too buggy, too many ads
Even with a paid subscription you’re bombarded with ads. What’s worse is the app glitches out and when you restart your video, you have to watch the ads all over again.
No consistency 😤
Between the TvOS and iOS they lack consistency. The game is on TSN+ as many other games. Since their live on TSN you would check on the iOS app and it shows up, you check on the TvOS app its not there. I take a look on the Roku app and does appear. 🤷♂️ its annoying !!

Price is going up $5 a month for possibly the worst app available. Not user friendly, slow, glitchy and unbelievably frustrating to use and to pay $30/month now?!? They are lucky there is no other competition for sports streaming in Canada. Corrupt and gross.
TSN+
I can no longer get it on my TV since the latest update even though I’m paying because BOTH logins are through Bell Media. One is supposed to be through TV PROVIDER!
Update bug
The app hasn’t worked since the august 12 update. It gets stuck in a loading loop. Uninstall, reinstall, hard reboot, nothing works. Just when you thought tsn couldn’t outdo themselves.
Not that good
It’s terrible the app doesn’t have a test period. I subscribed to watch some tennis games, but they show only the men’s game. Doesn’t matter if an American player is playing in the center court, they decided to show any other game that has a men playing. All the Chanels are showing the men’s game like of the tournament didn’t have women playing 🤡

Where is multi view?
Used to be able to watch multiple feeds at same time on iPad and iPhone. Where did it go? Was hoping it was added to AppleTV but now it is removed from iPad? Unacceptable in 2026. B1G10+ app can do it. TSN no better than a college conference network?

Accidentally bought RDS in French and when I bought TSN in English they would not refund RDS. Bell sucks.

TSN app is outstanding ,with outstanding reporting and video reviews . The brand has been part of my sport interaction TV/APP since I was a teenager keep up the great work looking forward to what’s next .Overdrive is by far one of the best 2 hrs of my day, hazy, noodles, and Odog . Funny as heck and truly educational. TSN YOU ROCK
