Horrible App
It’s been bad for years and they haven’t made it any better. Constant buffering makes it almost unwatchable.

An app with many problems, it doesn't have good language options and has few or unreliable replays, a bad experience during the 2026 World Cup; the app is more commercially focused, it works for streaming but doesn't justify the price, it leaves much to be desired.

Why am I paying for this app, when TSN is 10-15 seconds behind the play on the broadcast?
Terrible service
I purchased the TSN app specifically to watch the FIFA World Cup, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite having a stable, high-speed internet connection, the stream constantly crashed or kicked me out of the broadcast. It happened repeatedly throughout multiple matches, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the tournament.
What was even more disappointing was the customer support. I contacted TSN multiple times, and each time I was told a support ticket had been created. I never received a follow-up, a solution, or even an acknowledgment that the issue was being investigated. I was simply left without any help.
From my experience, it felt like the service couldn’t handle the demand during one of the biggest sporting events in the world. Whether it was due to insufficient server capacity or another backend issue, the result was the same: a paid streaming service that wasn’t reliable when it mattered most.
I expected much better from a premium sports streaming service. Until TSN improves both the reliability of its streaming platform and the responsiveness of its customer support, I can’t recommend this app.

World Cup 2026
Excellent coverage. Every game was available on demand.
Worst customer service
They renewed my subscription without my knowledge. I immediately reached out for a refund and they rejected my request and gave no alternative.
Poorly organized
Needs a special extra button push to exit app, hard to navigate an archived game, tons of adds in a subscription that was paid for. Greed, ineptitude, and monopoly. If there were another way in my circumstance I’d have taken it. Booooo!
TSN
Your app sucks, your app on Samsung and lg sucks. Always cutting out. And of course every nascar race you cut off immediately or even before the end as you did switching to fifa soccer even though it was on every other channel.
Full of Ad
They reduce the game to a small window in the corner of the screen while showing ads.
No Refund
I had cancelled my membership but was still charged. They refused to refund me.
Greedy
PAID MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE because they blacked out Yankees vs dodgers on mlb.tv. Now when I PAY MONEY and I click on Yankees vs dodgers, it makes me watch the World Cup that I don’t care for. Evil
Terrible streaming experience
Despite 5G connectivity, streaming World Cup games was never smooth or reliable. Taking my business elsewhere for big tournaments.

The Worst
The worst app. TSN is terrible. The site sucks, the app sucks, you can’t watch anything without it stopping. Literally the only app/site I ever have an issue with.
Garbage
Feel like paying top dollar for a barely functional subscription? Youve got it here. Live streams across multiple devices are garbage: constant video buffering, audio that cuts out every few seconds, a buggy app that does not work. Having to put on a radio broadcast and mute their broken audio is unacceptable for the price

Terrible experience
Terrible when it comes to TV app. They ask you to log in at least twice a day. What an unpleasant experience.
Awful app. Shouldn’t have to pay for this.
1) can’t rewind on the Xbox app but I can on my phone
2) stop posting the result… not everyone watches live..
3) paused and stutters every 3 minutes
4) your World Cup coverage was overall a 2/10 pundits HAVE to go. Their bias and uneducated opinion is a disgrace to sports.

PLEASE don’t bother
Doesn’t work on your laptop, doesn’t work on your tv and always cuts and drops the stream then sits there with the loading screen on your phone. You have to continuously quit the stream and restart it. I have had IPTV’s that work 1000x better. Even streaming websites with 50x pop ups work better. Waste of money. Going back to IPTV. At least when the stream is dropped it instantly comes back (under 2secs)

Terrible Service
Awful app experience with poor design and user experience, even worse quality of stream and is consistently unable to handle high viewer volume events. Bad experience for years which has only continued to go down hill.
