TSS Field has been rebuilt from the ground up. It should feel faster, look cleaner, and hold up much better on a weak connection. PHOTOS WORK OFFLINE Take photos with no signal, and they're saved on your device, then uploaded automatically once you're back in range. Each photo is now stamped with the time you actually took it — not the time it finished uploading. A photo taken at 7:15am no longer reads 5:40pm. YOU CAN SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING Uploading photos and syncing work orders now show real progress and a count, instead of a spinner with no sense of how much is left. If an upload fails, it tells you why instead of failing quietly. EVIDENCE AT A GLANCE Work orders show how many of the required photos you've captured — "1 of 3" — right on the images row, so you know what's still needed before you leave the site. REPORT A PROBLEM FROM INSIDE THE APP New under Profile: tell us something's broken or suggest an improvement, and attach a screenshot. It reaches the team with your app version and device details already included, so nobody has to come back and ask. SITE MAPS Work order details now include an interactive map of the site. Plus a long list of fixes to syncing, photo uploads, and offline storage reliability.
