Tsukimiru keeps your monthly payments in one place: installment plans for furniture and electronics, mortgages and car loans, subscriptions, and bills like utilities. See how long each one continues, what you are billed this month and next, and how much you have already paid.
Tsukimiru (月見る) means "see the month" in Japanese.
HOME: THIS MONTH AND NEXT
See the total billed this month and next month, with this month's payments listed below. Payments that are about to end are marked. Set your own monthly limit to see how much room is left.
FIVE KINDS OF PAYMENTS
- Installments: enter the monthly amount, the number of payments, and the first month. Tsukimiru works out the total and the last month. A different first payment is supported.
- Loans: enter the amount, annual rate, term, and repayment method (level payment or level principal). Tsukimiru works out the monthly payment, the total, and the last payment. You can override the monthly amount with the figure on your repayment schedule and add rate changes.
- Subscriptions & recurring: monthly, yearly, every few years, or in selected months (internet, lessons, insurance, taxes, rent).
- Variable (estimate): bills that change, such as utilities, groceries, and card payments, entered as an estimate. Add extra for high months, such as summer and winter.
- Savings: savings plans kept separate from payments. See your total if you keep saving and when you would reach a goal.
GROUPS
Keep payments in separate groups, such as household and business (up to 10). Each group has its own currency and monthly limit. Switch with tabs on Home, or view everything combined. USD and EUR payments and income can be converted with rates you enter, as estimates.
TAKE-HOME INCOME
Enter your take-home pay to see what share of it goes to payments and what is left.
OUTLOOK
Bar charts for the next 2 to 50 years, by month or by year, colored by category, with your monthly limit and take-home pay as lines.
SCENARIOS
- Rate scenarios: see how monthly loan payments change at +0.5%, +1%, and +2%, and compare them in the Outlook.
- Moving plan: compare monthly payments and what is left if you buy a home instead of renting, with bonus payments, fees, upfront costs, and three patterns.
SHARING
Share this month's list as text, or save the Outlook chart, the breakdown, or the category pie chart as an image. You can share percentages only, without amounts.
CATEGORIES
A pie chart shows amounts and shares by category for this month or in total.
