About

You keep showing up, but the time you put in soon fades from memory. Tsumoru keeps a record of the time you spend on yourself: reading, study, practice. The total only grows, so you can tell your own story of where your time has gone. Tap to start Stick an NFC tag on a book, a notebook, or your desk. Hold your iPhone to it to start a session, and again to stop. You can also start from the Action button or inside the app. Only real time counts While a session runs, the apps you choose to block show a screen first. Choose “Pause & unblock” to pause the session, then reopen the app. That time isn’t counted, and when you come back to Tsumoru, the same session continues. Time you can’t pad Records come only from the timer. There’s no manual entry and no edit that adds time. You can shorten or delete a record, so the numbers stay honest. Visible without opening the app • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen shows the running session • Lock Screen widgets show today’s time • A Home Screen widget shows your total • Finished sessions can be saved to your calendar Your own categories Name what you track in your own words, with no limit on how many. Set a goal and a daily budget for each. A record for your future self No streaks, rankings, comparisons with others, social sharing, notifications, badges, or ads. Where your data lives Records stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud unless you choose to export them or save them to Calendar. No account needed. Export to CSV or JSON anytime. Requirements • iPhone with iOS 26 or later • Starting with NFC needs an NFC tag (sold separately) and a Shortcuts automation • Blocking apps needs Screen Time permission
