All 168 turns your week into what it actually is: a fixed 168-hour budget. Most calendars show you meetings. All 168 shows you the truth: after sleep, work, meals, and commute are subtracted, how many hours are actually left for you? HOW IT WORKS Set your fixed commitments โ€” sleep, work or classes, meals, commute โ€” with simple sliders. All 168 auto-distributes them across a 7ร—24 grid of your week and calculates exactly what's left: your discretionary time, down to the hour. BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY LIVE - Grid view โ€” see all 168 hours of your week at a glance, color-coded by category - Presets โ€” start from Balanced 9-to-5, Side-Hustler / Founder, or Focused Student, then customize - Calendar view โ€” your week laid out day-by-day, hour-by-hour - Donut breakdown โ€” a visual split of where your 168 hours actually go - Manual overrides โ€” tap any hour to reassign it by hand - Share your week โ€” export a clean summary of your time budget to send or save WHY IT'S DIFFERENT All 168 doesn't ask you to plan an idealized week. It starts from the hard constraint everyone shares โ€” 168 hours, no more, no less โ€” and shows you what's real. No streaks to maintain, no guilt mechanics. Just the math. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your categories and schedule are stored only on your device. No account, no analytics SDK, no ad network, nothing sent anywhere. Grid view is free forever. Calendar and Donut views are a one-time unlock โ€” no subscription.

Track the time you spend reading, studying and practicing with Tsumoru. Start a timer, save your session, and see your hours add up. A fifteen-minute session counts too. Taking a day off never resets your total. START, FINISH, SAVE Choose a category and start the timer on your iPhone. Name your categories for what matters to you: language study, piano, reading or another skill. Create as many as you need. No NFC tag or Apple Watch required. SEE YOUR WEEK AND YOUR PROGRESS โ€ข See your time by weekday in a weekly chart โ€ข Review each category's total and the last 12 months โ€ข Set an hours goal and daily or weekly time budgets โ€ข Estimate when you will reach your goal at your pace over the last 7 days MORE WAYS TO START Start and end sessions from your Apple Watch. Use the Action button, or hold your iPhone to an NFC tag on your book or desk. Tap the tag again to finish. NFC is optional and needs a tag, sold separately, plus a Shortcuts automation set up once. PAUSED TIME DOESN'T COUNT Optionally block selected apps during a session. To use one, choose to pause and unblock, then reopen that app. Paused time is excluded from your record. Return to Tsumoru to resume the same session. YOUR TIME, AT A GLANCE See today's time and your running session on the Lock Screen, and your total and category breakdown in Home Screen widgets. Tsumoru also supports Live Activities, the Dynamic Island, StandBy and Apple Watch complications. KEEP PAGES AND NOTES Photograph the page when you finish reading to capture its page number. Dictate a note to remember what you worked on. Enable these options for each category. Text recognition and speech recognition run on your device. KEEP YOUR OWN PACE No ads, no account, no streaks, no rankings and no notification reminders. Records come from the timer. You can shorten or delete a session, but you cannot add time manually or increase recorded time. Records are stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.
