Game is great, but
The game itself is great, but there are too many issues. Not to mention, it's so hard to reach out to customer support. And everytime when you do, they will give you an attitude. I use to make in-game purchases a lot to support the developers, but I guess not this game until they change the way they're treating their customers.

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues
The customer service is exceptionally poor, with employees displaying a condescending and bossy attitude, which is both unprofessional and frustrating. Additionally, the moderators seem to abuse their power, creating an unfair and unpleasant gaming environment. Moreover, the game is plagued with numerous technical issues that severely hinder the overall experience. As a paying customer, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to improve the game for all users.
