It used to work for me in 2024 but now in 2026 I can’t add any card number as a payment method. App seems super clunky and keeps showing backend JSON error with “flag”:144. Maybe they can’t process non-trinidad cards anymore. I’ve heard from others the app is also poor on iPhones. Either way poor user experience for me

Incredibly unreliable. There’s a 50/50 chance your ride will be accepted. Maybe they need more drivers. Tourists especially should avoid using this app, as you could be left stranded.

NEED ONLINE PAYMENT CARD SYSTEM
Not a bad app but with all the crime in Trinidad you HAVE to install a credit card or debit card payment system to protect your drivers and passengers.
No drivers in the area
The app is constantly crashing, and there is always no drivers in the area. Mind you I live in the heart of San Fernando and I always just travel close by
App needs attention.
Within the past couple months the app has been giving ALOT of trouble.
No destination showing up when drivers accept. App itself is very glitchy it’s still showing my current location as a location I went to weeks ago no matter where I am and sometimes the app just closes on its own while using or while trying to request a ride.
Also can something be put into place where drivers don’t cancel your ride because they see the payment method as card ? Drivers looking for quick cash will cancel immediately after accepting once they see payment method as card.

Unfortunately I can’t use back the app after deleting it due to the fault of me not getting a code when I put in my phone number. Can you fix this please.

The app estimated my ride to be between $36-$46 TTD, so I scheduled it at the quoted price of $38TTD. But after the ride, I was charged $56TTD! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They falsely advertise 24/7 service, yet they’re often unavailable, and the app is full of glitches. This kind of dishonesty needs to be addressed immediately

Unprofessional Drivers
Drivers lack integrity and do not honor commitments made, when a pre-scheduled ride is booked. One driver tried to get me use only their service outside of the app. When I didn’t they tried to get me booted off, fortunately I challenged it, and the action was reversed. However I decided to remove this app because of issues with the app, the management, and the drivers.

I was a tourist in the country for 4 days and I used this exclusively to get around.
There is a glitch where credit card selection reverts to cash at times you have to be vigilant and toggle it back.
I had 2 drivers cancel my rides. I am assuming it was the area I wanted to go to the drivers did not message to explain why it was canceled.
I actually scheduled a ride one day in advance for a 6 AM pick up to the airport. I saw it was accepted, but then it seems the day of the app was not able to find any drivers. That was inconvenient but I continued to book my ride for a few minutes and then found a driver.
So far good work on the app. Locals highly recommend and I recommend as well. Prices are very fair.
