再起動のリセットボタンが反応しません
３日前まで外出先から室内カメラを確認出来ていましたが今朝から電源ライトが点かずカメラ本体はカチカチと鳴っていますがカメラを映すとオフラインになりリセットボタンを押してもなにも反応せず再起動が出来ません

今まで何年も調子良く使ってましたが、今日カメラを追加した途端、アプリが起動直後に強制終了するようになってしまった。アプリを削除して入れ直しても直らず。アップデートを待つしかないのか？
