Deleted after too many ads
When the advert came on I couldn’t even get rid of it so just closed the app.
Dreadful behaviour
Used to be a good app years ago. They now have Ads that don’t close and you can’t actually use the app. Not ideal for the whole point of using this app to find the tube in a timely manner. Avoid

The amount of adverts on this app is absolutely ridiculous !! Most of them actually prohibit you from actually checking the tube map unless you click on them.
I get that developers need to put ads on free apps to make it worth their while but of all the free apps with adverts I have this one is the absolute worst for the number of ads.
I rarely write negative reviews but this app has left me very frustrated . It never used to be as bad as this, but I may as well delete it from my phone as the ads stop me from being able to see the damn map.

It’s ok but beware of the extension.
For a quick reference this app is pretty good. It’s just that it installs a safari extension on your device called ‘shop and save’.
Ad central
The app makes it very simple to plan your route, however upon opening the app it forces you to watch a really long ad or play a really long mobile game before you can actually access it then by the time you can access it and type in where you are on your destination it forces you to watch another really long ad. Really not ideal when you’re in London to navigate the underground quickly and efficiently

Too many ads- deleting app
I’ve used this app for around 6 years and it used to be genuinely helpful, but the number of ads has now become ridiculous. There’s an ad every time I open the app, which makes it a real nuisance to use.
This is especially frustrating when I’m in a rush because of a Tube cancellation or disruption — I don’t want to sit through an advert before I can even check the Tube .
I’m now deleting it for good. It’s a shame, because it used to be a really useful app.

Impossible to use it with all these adds
Fantastic
Love the app, coming handy everyday. Would give it 5 stars, but doesn’t allow for landscape mode
Intrusive ads
Really needed to know a route and the ads came up in an emergency. Way too intrusive! Shouldn’t have to pay to get a basic function

I’ve used this app for years and recently the amount of (video) ads being forced upon you is making the app utterly unusable. It’s no longer efficient to check your journey quickly (the situation you’re most likely to need to use the app) and the last two times I’ve opened the app I’ve been given a ad before it even showed me the tube map. Ridiculous.

Last thing you want to do is sit there and wait for ads to load and play before seeing the map, which is usually in a rush situation. Stupid.

Practically ever time you open it, you get an ad you can’t skip which defeats the object of checking quickly
