Was a decent app until they put loads of ads onto it and basically made it totally unusable.
What a shame - greed got the better of them. Who needs customers (users) afterall when a few big ad companies pays you.

Terrible app, full of adds and doesn’t even give clear information. Just use google maps!
Adverts, lies and garbage
Absolutely unreliable information on live train times. Infuriating advert as soon as you start the app, for a service that’s basic at best. The way TFL runs, you might as

Avoid at all costs
Just gone onto app for first time in a while and immediately presented with scam iPhone failure ad. I’ve now deleted app and would advise others to do the same.
Thieves
When this app was free it was excellent. Recently I’ve had to pay for it. What is not said at the time of purchase is that add ons that once were part of the original app is now considered a premium subscription??? E.g. what carriage to get on to alight for a quick exit. A real scam!! Daylight robbery. If I hadn’t paid I would have switched to an equally free app like TfL

What’s happened to this App
Used to be useful for my rare visits to London. Now bombarded by full screen ads of dubious provenance. Deleted!

Never got past any ads to actually try it, horrendous
Rubbish
Paid for this app. Now it’s demanding money to be free of ads. The ads hijack your phone so you can no longer use it without a redtart, planting an overlay and in one case giving misleading info that if an app isn’t installed within minutes you will lose all your data which is a lie. Apps like this should be banned.

I’ve had this app for over a decade - it was one of the most useful apps going, and one of the very few apps you could use completely free. But alas, they’ve finally monetised it. You now either have to pay a subscription, or watch constant, full-page ads in order to look up your journeys. As you’re normally using this when you’re heading to a tube station to find a route, this lengthy delay is unbelievably annoying. I’ll have to use the much less user-friendly TFL version. I’m sorry to say goodbye to one of my most well-used apps over the last decade.

Ads are ruining this
Used to be useful, now doesn’t load quickly and have to click through ads

It is good for finding your way around London and it has helped me know if a line is closed or something else this is a very useful app
Too many ads
Too many ads, impossible to use without paying for a subscription. I suggest everyone to go airplane mode and then open it. You won’t have real time info but at least 0 ads.
Free option unuseable
All I want is a simple nap and that’s what it used to be. Free version now unusable due to ads and pop ups desperate to get you to click on a button. Best avoided now.
Widgets gone?!
This used to be great but now the ads are more annoying than ever - obviously to get you to upgrade to premium - but now the widget is a premium only option. Such a shame, now looking for something else.
So convenient
Easy to use and gives you so many options. I’ve used it a few times when visiting London and found pre-planning so much easier. For someone not at all used to the tube, I found it invaluable.
