This app is really cool too look at and it’s very useful, however, why would a travel app even have ads?! Still tho, good app👍

This app is free, but it’s a joke, why put adds on that take ages and you struggle to get out of the adds to see updates or travel journeys. It’s really pointless. It’s adds all the way and you struggle to close them as the force you to click on them.
A good app ruined
Whilst I understand that it costs to develop an application, but unless you are updating so regularly, the main work is done. Having downloaded when it first came out and played with both free and paid versions, the baseline app has now just got so bad with adverts, no countdown, no way to silence them and so frequent as to make the app unusable even for a single journey. I’m now an abandoning this in favour of others that are not just focussed on using me to make money.

The app itself is great and used to have manageable level of ads. The level of ads as of 2026 is just absurd now. Can’t even get into the app without at least 30 seconds of ads. Real big shame.

I used to love this app. Helped me a lot around London. Now can’t get into it. Starts with advertisements that I can’t bypass. Very annoying

I get the idea of upsell, but making it UTTERLY UNUSABLE by mandating a 30-second ad upon opening the app EVERY TIME feels like I’m being used.

The best London train app
Definitely the best app out there. I like that this is a dedicated London Tube app with no more. Simplicity that works superbly!

App used to be great, now if I quickly need to check the tube status, I have to wait for a ridiculous ad which I can’t exit even after watching.

Why is this app giving me over 1 minute of ads when I open it? I have paid around £20 for a lifetime subscription. Developers - haven’t I paid you enough? Not good.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you come get to the app through ads that last over two minutes and there is no way to exit them shame on you

The ads are incredibly annoying popping all the time when you’re trying to find your route.
