Excellent app and incredible support from developer
Been using this excellent app for years. So helpful and easy to use. Very pleased with the latest update in Nov 2024 to include new overground line names and the correct door / carriage to use for efficiency. Developer is amazingly responsive and helpful. Six stars!

Really stupid now
Used to be useful! Now some freakin idiot changed it so it only shows what’s available NOW so if I’m trying to plan tomorrows trip I CANT because the bakerloo isn’t running at night DUH!!! Cannot find any way to turn this stupid stupid feature off!!! How insanely STUPID to force me to search NOW vice WHEN I WANT TO USE THE TUBE…total morons to change this!!!! Has become USELESS TO ME!!!

Planning a waste?
I consulted the planned route to see what time the Trains run from Rickmansworth to Russell Square for a Sunday morn. I drove my daughter to catch the first train to allow to get to (she’s a nurse) Great Ormond Street which the App conveyed would arrive at Rickmansworth for 6.47am. I arrived snd dropped her off. I then received a text from her saying that the train will be arriving 7.15am. Surely the App as a communication tool should be accurate otherwise it adds no value? She was late and had to explain the reason,

No line status notifications
If you use a VPN the app doesn’t remember any lines you’ve selected to get notifications for.
Great but
Love this app but two new stations opened last Monday and map not yet updated! Sort this quickly and you go back to 5*
Rubbish
This app used to display the map on iPad in landscape mode. Now it’s only portrait. It’s not fully useable. A serious downgrading of capability and user friendliness.

Great Northern is missing from the map
Do you have any plans to add all rail services within London to your app? It is great, but I want to go to Crews Hill (served by Great Northern from Finsbury Park and other London stations) and the app tells me to walk 75 minutes from Enfield Town! :-(

To be honest I’ve never really liked this app that much !! There are better ones on the App Store

This was a great app but it seems to haven’t recently lost quiet a major feature when planning a route it longer display wether the line you need is north south east or west.
