It’s a little strange. Everything seems to be fine… except none of the videos play on my M1 iPad pro. Apart from that, the functionality seems great. But ‘no play’ is a deal breaker, Hence 1 *
Constantly faulty with no help from support team
I have had non stop problems with this app since I installed it. It has crashed continuously and for months now I have had playback problems. Sometimes my playlist works and other times it doesn’t. The backspace button to return to the homepage doesn’t work, so you can’t go back to your playlist to select other songs.
I have asked repeatedly for this to be fixed with temporary workarounds suggested that don’t work. Most of the time I get no response at all other than the standard acknowledgement of my message.

It's been a month of any updates or bug fixes meanwhile it can't play any videos
