Never even opened an account with tubebuddy only got the app in my phone and they took money on my apple account when I had not even started to use their services???! Took the app out and disconnected my bank card from apple. I will NEVER put this app again or use it.

Terrible App
I am being charge $19 per month for an App that I cannot open. I have tried canceling, but due to the App not functioning I cannot cancel this dysfunctional App!
No option to cancel
This is a horrible app in that I’ve been trying to cancel it and it’s not located under subscriptions at all. They steal 10 from me every month and I still can’t cancel it.

I had high hopes for TubeBuddy based on all the hype, but this app turned out to be a complete letdown. First of all, the interface feels outdated and clunky. It’s not user-friendly at all, and many features are buried behind confusing menus.
The free version is practically useless—it’s more like a glorified ad for their expensive plans. Speaking of which, the paid version is massively overpriced for what you get. Keyword research is basic at best and often gives irrelevant or misleading suggestions. It feels like they just slap on random data and call it “SEO tools.”
The analytics aren’t anything special either. You can get better insights directly from YouTube Studio for free. Plus, the app has frequent bugs and crashes, and customer support is either unresponsive or takes forever to get back to you.
Overall, TubeBuddy feels like it’s living off its past reputation. There are much better tools out there now. Save your time and money.

Only the English language is not comprehensive
It's a pity that there is no traditional Chinese. It's not comprehensive, which greatly reduces the impression score.
I want this app to do better cause I do love it
It’s absolutely no doubt it’s probably hands-down the best app to keep track of likes dislikes, views videos, etc. everything‘s great up to the point where you filter everything out just public videos look at at them all say oh good great close the app come back into it. Can’t filter out anything anymore. It’s frustrating especially when you do shorts and you get ahead of the game and you have yourself a good month of shorts that are scheduled now you got a months worth of videos to filter through just to see the ones that are posting today fix that and your app will be golden…. don’t just brush this off because I can tell you there’s other apps chasing your heels and if you don’t fix your stuff, they’re gonna overtake you and then you’ll become a distant memory.

App not working in iphone after update
Go back to the old app!
One of the rare occasions were an update looks good but the app itself works much worse. A lot of bugs!
Last update was a downgrade

Laggy, tiny UI, and throttled features
First Impressions on the new TubeBuddy update! First off, swiping up and down makes your phone lag like crazy. Secondly, It seems a little too overly complicated for what it is. For example, they’ve made the buttons, thumbnails, and text smaller so you have to be more mindful trying to click on things, thus killing the convenience of quickly wanting to check analytics or read comments. If you’re in a car bumping up and down, the last thing you want is a mobile app that has these characteristics. They’ve even changed their app icon to be smaller as if to signify the “theme” of the new update.
I’ve used this app for years and it was not like this. It started out being smooth, larger buttons, and easy to navigate. One day they decided to throttle about one third of all the features, which made me not want to use it. It’s sad to see such a great app go downhill. Just use YouTube studio now.

Took permissions for my account then crashed
App had me sign in to my account, get permission to access the account, then crashed keeps crashing anytime I try to sign in. Something feels fishy and I can't revoke access to my channel.

New UI is bad. Uninstalled for multiple reasons.
The new UI it too counter intuitive. You can no longer see your dislikes, WAS a better alternative to going to the web version of YouTube on mobile. The information changed to a point that isn’t as easy to understand. Now an all white app, thanks. I like being blinded on an entire dark mode phone. Not really. The UI before was nice, simple, and easy to navigate. Clearly whoever signed off on this new UI, has ZERO idea how to navigate apps.

New interface is bad and breaking
The new interface is not working. It’s not recognizing that I am paying premium. When I try to restore previous service it freezes.
