TubeCalc is a fast structural calculator for aluminium and steel tubes, designed for film-set riggers, grips, scaffolders, and anyone who needs to verify load limits in the field. Four loading configurations: • Simple — single point load on a simply-supported tube • Two Loads — two independent loads, anywhere along the span • Cantilever — fixed at one end, load at the free end • Boom — overhanging beam with counterweight and adjustable support Calculates: • Deflection (with L/120 serviceability limit) • Bending moment and bending stress • Maximum safe point load • Shear force and bending moment diagrams • Support reactions Material library includes 6000-series aluminium alloys (6060, 6061-T6, 6082) and structural steel grades (S235–S420) — both EU and US variants.
