App never works as expected
After months of using it, this app is always having problems. Authentication problems, automatic resume problems, interface problems. Love the concept but I can’t recommend it

I referred a friend to use this app. He canceled his account and they have billed him four times. He has written them, gotten on chats with them, sent emails etc. I paid for a year, but I went ahead and deleted my account to protect myself. Six months later, they’re still trying to bill him. This is a scam and fraud. Whatever you do, do not use this app. I’m letting my bank right now know to block this.

Good service but sometimes subscription summaries fail to process
I like this service, especially that I can write my own custom prompts for summaries and that I pay for API use instead of a monthly charge since I bought a lifetime subscription. And that I can even get the summary as an audio version to listen it.
My main complaint is that sometimes the YT channels I subscribe to have a new video and somehow TubeOnAI misses it. (It’s supposed to automatically summarize any new content from my subscribed channels, which is a marvelous feature.) Now that they have fixed the iPad app, it could be 5 stars if they could get it consistently processing all new videos from subscribed channels.
In terms of feature requests, I’d like to be able to listen to my custom prompt summaries, instead of just the default one. I am a detail person, and I wish the default ones were a lot more detailed or offered a detailed option. Being able to turn my custom prompt summary into audio would be icing on the cake.
Oh, my main feature request is timestamps on mobile. Right now only the web versions can give you timestamps. These are very useful so you can jump to the one part of they video you want, even if the creator did not put chapters in their video.

Awesome time saver app
The greatest feature of this app is that it lets you subscribe to YouTube channels and send you summaries of newly published videos automatically. This one feature alone saves a lot of time for me.

Impossible to use on iPadPro 6th Gen
The interface is unusable as it is. While the service is worth the subscription, this app would be convenient. Any tech support would be appreciated and would merit a revised review.

TubeOnAi summary of YouTube videos is invaluable
TubeOnAi has helped with summarizing YouTube videos which prevents the doom scrolling through YouTube. You get more out of each video with a wonderful summary. Each section of the summary includes emojis which is professional and easier to digest. Keep up the good work!
Not useable with the VoiceOver screen reader as best I can tell
This would have been a great app for an individual such as myself who is blind and has a hearing impairment. However, since the search button doesn't appear to be accessible among other challenges, I am not able to use this service. Too bad, since I would have been a paying customer. I hope one day to find an accessible solution to summerize content. I wish this app would be the answer. Please do better and please consult the numerous accessibility resources Apple makes available to its developers to make this the app I invest in!

Awesome and time saving app
I am really in love with this app, it saves a lot of time for me. I can decide either to watch a full video or not by first summarizing it quickly. It can summarize links too now, which is great. Any public link seems to work.
