I bought tickets to the festival at the door, was required to download this nonsense and still needed to wait an extra 30 minutes because it didn’t work even though I had already paid them face to face. Now it won’t accept my international card so I had a friend in Colombia purchase a ticket at their office and it has yet to appear in the app and I have no hope of having it by showtime. Absolute trash.
