App didn’t work, wastes time/money
My husband and I tried to rent bikes during a short trip, but we ended up wasting a ton of time because the app kept malfunctioning. I got my bike pretty fast, but it took about 20 min to find another. Once we found one, the app kept crashing whenever he tried to scan, and eventually (after turning phone off and on multiple times, deleting and redownloading app multiple times) we gave up and I tried to end my ride so we could just walk our trail instead. But by then the app was crashing on my phone too and I couldn’t even end the ride and lock my bike!!! Tried calling customer service multiple times, but got no answer. Waste of $20 (we bought credits) and huge waste of our limited time here... Very disappointed.

Great theory but app doesn’t work
My friend and I spent over an hour trying to pay for bikes so we could ride around a seaside town in Spain. All of the other functions of the app seem to work, but when you go to pay, the app sticks on a “loading content” page for, no exaggeration, over a half hour before we gave up. Nothing we could do seemed to fix this. It’s very frustrating because we really would have liked to rent the bikes!!
