Complete fail
If your a barber shop don’t do it to yourself the app owner is a joke and dose no maintenance always crashing and down making your day a mess when people can’t book and you don’t even know what appointments have been made or what times are still available
App always hangs
This app has good days and bad. But the bad days are infuriating as you cannot book, the booking page seems to hang the most. When you have spent all the time picking the service, timeslot etc.
Stupid errors within app
I wanted to book a zero fade haircut and the approximate time it would take was 40 so I went to book at my desired time and it said that the time slot is only 30minutes making me unable to book or having to book a different haircut that “takes approximately 30 minutes!”

Unbelievably simple to use. Select your barber, show up at the appointment time, walk out. All payments are handled on the app. Super easy, convenient, fast. Cant wait until more services are available
