I have ordered many many curries with TukApp and will continue to do so for as long I live on this blessed earth.
Where is the driver? Is there any driver join this apps?
i install this app and try to make a booking from time to time during my stay in Chiang Mai.
Unfortunately, despite there are lots of Tuk Tuka running, the apps never and ever provide you with a driver!
Not once!
Based on this simple and straight forwards observation, this app can be categorized as junk app.

Best food app in Thailand for value service and choice. The developers at Tuk really seem to care about the restaurants who utilize their service, and take personal interest in communications with clients to continue to offer the best deals around!
Bug with 2 locations
Please fix the bug when using multiple locations.
The problem is that the location is not automatically updated within the app when you open it and seems sticked to the first one. When using other apps, you barely have to care about the location once you set your places. Something similar would be very appreciated !
I would definitely put more stars due to the service and fares but the UI/UX needs some more work!

Beautiful alternative to the major superapps
Beautiful alternative to the major superapp players. Fair commercial model for restaurants. Easy to use for hungry customers like us. Was also amazed by all the other services provided (handyman, massage, groceries, …)

Crappy UI and buggy
Nice promos, but sorry guys...
1) the UI is from 2010? 😕
2) Also for what can I set my Home and Delivery address??? When I order food, I cannot chose any of my saved places. Only can set GPS pin and then all address details etc. Are missing. Every single time!
3) Why you keep sending me SMS about order status, lol! You know as an app you can send notifications, right?
4) Second order when I try to track my driver I first don't see the pin move and then suddenly see the driver of my first order a few days ago. 🤯 So yeah, this doesn't work!
I'll try this app for a little while, but if it doesn't improve, I'll delete it.

Great app for small business and cafe/restaurants. Flat fee delivery but way cheaper than other platforms like Grab who take 42% off the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great App supporting local tuk tuk drivers
We have been using this app for a couple of weeks since we’ve been in Thailand and we’re loving it! Usually we will be picked up within 5 mins of ordering one 👌 riding in a tuk tuk gives you an awesome view of Thailand and a genuine experience!
It’s good to be able to see where the drivers are on the map, as well as easy communication with them and they are all very friendly speaking at least a little bit of English! Great app, would highly recommend!

แอปใช้ง่ายมากๆเลยครับ เมื่อกดเรียกรถไปแล้ว ระยะเวลาการตอบรับของคนขับรถไวมากๆครับ กดเรียก 3 ครั้งประทับใจทั้งสามครั้งเลย เป็นแอปที่ต้องบอกต่อๆกัน ไม่ต้องกลัวเรื่องโดนโกงราคาอีกต่อไปครับ อยู่ที่ไหนก็กดเรียกรถไปสบายๆ พี่ๆที่ขับรถมารับ สุภาพพูดจาดีแนะนำดีมากๆครับ
Great service and convenient
Awesome way to get a Tuk Tuk as a tourist without hassle. On par with other ride-sharing services I’ve used.
If you live in Bangkok this is *the* transport app
The real gap in transport in Bangkok is the 3 or 4 Sois you need to walk/ride to get to school or friends’ or the shop. Not quite far enough for a ride share app but perfect for a Sii lor or private Tuk tuk. Until Tuk there was no way to hail them from just anywhere.
Pricing is set in the app. No haggling. Drivers know where they’re taking you. Pay cash.

Great way to see the backstreets of Bangkok
Perfect way to get around as a tourist to see the sights while getting from A to B. The Sii Lor’s are very comfortable and can easily fit up to 6 people.
