Key Features Request Management as an Associate Create a request from the product catalog, select an in-store destination, add an optional note, make edits if necessary, and view progress. Request Management as a Runner Review and accept requests, locate requested items, and deliver items to requesters. Push Notifications Receive alerts for new requests, changes to existing requests, and status changes for in-progress requests. Nudge runners if a request is taking too long.
