I’ve been a longtime user of Tunai(Web Application), which has been incredibly helpful for managing various aspects of our business operations. When I heard they were launching an app, I was excited about the potential for greater convenience and mobility. Unfortunately, the app has not lived up to expectations.
A significant number of essential features that were available on the website are simply missing in the app. This change has actually made it harder to use the platform, not easier. Tasks that used to be streamlined and efficient on the website are now either impossible or require frustrating workarounds. Critical functions such as [list specific features if applicable] are absent, which has a direct impact on our team’s ability to deliver on time and maintain quality in our work.
Additionally, the app itself lacks the intuitive layout that made the website so effective. The user experience feels clunky, and there’s a lack of flexibility that is crucial in a fast-paced business environment.
I urge the developers to bring back the key features that were available on the website or, at the very least, provide regular updates with clear timelines for feature restoration. Until then, I find myself going back to the website or seeking other tools, which defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place.
