Tundra is a SCAM!
Avoid at all costs! This company not only has horrible service, but they are a scam! Orders several times and it takes forever to get product. Then this last order, after three weeks, I never received the product and asked for a refund. They only gave me a partial refund. This company is tuning a scam! After checking other reviews, many other businesses said the same thing.

Tried to sell through their web, nothing but stealing your money.
They have multiple options for asking pay them instead they will allow your listings show up on google, i have paid 3-4 times no sales were made I end up leaving their scam platform

Wholesaler who restricts resellers.
This is rediculous, I have an ecommerce business so I purchased a few cool products here on Tundra. I was then emailed with more information about my business and they said sale to 3rd party market places isn't allowed and cancelled my order and said it would be 5-7 days before receiving my money back. There was no warning before my purchase telling me I couldn't resell the items online. Worst wholesaler I have ever worked with.

Total Lack of Communication!
Created my profile as asked, picked out my item, paid for my order. A week later discovered my order never shipped (but they provided “estimated shipping dates”) because I missed 1 email notification about additional proof of business?…..my order never shipped (and I paid for it!!!)
So I send required info with request to expedite the order so I can receive my order in time for the holidays and fill my store! And you know what happened? Within minutes of me sending required documents my order was cancelled and to expect my refund in 5-7 business days? WTH is wrong with the world today. One missed email (but couldn't put a notification in my invoice or in the app about missing docs) is all that matters with this company- we’ll take your money (no problem) but fail to reach out to their customers that there is an issue with paperwork?! Thankfully this company was a test run and I didn’t purchase more than I did.
