Whenever you want to register it's like you're registering a postpaid where you need to choose a data plan first.. You can't skip it and for the one who just wants a cheap sim card but having no decision to buy a plan? Please don't use this sim card
Poor App
App does not work more often than it does, which is really irritating when trying to renew your monthly plan. Amateur app masquerading as a premium one.
Unusable for foreign visitors
Activation OTP never arrived to US number (even though it was accepted on my order), and SIM activation is impossible as a result. Support kept making excuses for days. Don’t waste your time and money.

Unable to Verify MyDigital ID
Hi Tune Talk Team, with due respect, please repair the issue. So many time i have try to Verify MyDigital ID for my number, end up nothing happened, and so many foreign number appear in the apps which is not my number! Everytime need to raise Fraud report to the customer service and remove the number, very sad until today the apps keep asking me to Verify with the security symbol appear, very unconvenient, please repair and i will give 5stars. Tq

Dysfunctional myDigitalID
App is so Kerek keep asking users to verify the numbers with MydigitalID but the app keep logging out and logging in again and repeating the same error.! Even myDigitalID is stuck with broken links from TuneTalk 🤮🤮🤮🤮

After i updated this app, apps said my number is invalid ??? i want check my kuota balance and renew my internet . very ridiculous

very disappointed with the app’s live chat support. several times, while i was still typing my reply, the agent reply since i no respond and end chat immediately? 🤷🏻♀️ wth, i paid for esim and not able to activate, not give me time to explain my issued, so i need to type and sent per word ?

If you change to another line while you still have credit on your current Tune Talk line, they will not refund the money. It feels like a scam. On top of that, when top up, you cannot enter the amount you want. It’s old fashioned. Other lines allow you to input any amount you want. This line is just a scam.

Please la.. generate OTP > 10x and took 8 million light years to deliver. Aku dah bayar sim kad + plan kau kot. Contact CS suruh pergi live chat, contact live chat suruh pergi CS. Kalau takde resolve from admin @ refund in 24hours I wouldn’t let this matter slide. 👎🏻
