Impossible to play now

An event ended and when I try to go play the game again it wants me to tap on a screen that’s behind the event ended screen so I literally can’t play the game anymore. Deleting and reinstalling did not fix it. Horrible game design.

Closet Feature?

Good game play and nice graphics, however I downloaded this game thinking I could dress up my character more than picking the one new outfit in the first chapter? Maybe a closet feature could be added in the future?

Irritating

I was really enjoying this game and had got pretty far for just starting the game maybe 2 months ago then I was told to update the game and when I do it starts me over completely?!!! That’s frustrating beyond belief especially cuz there’s no option to use Apple or FB to login and keep you progress saved. Now I don’t even wanna play anymore!

having fun, but glitches

i’ve been enjoying the game, especially loving the choose your adventure style with dialogue options that isn’t common to merge games! the characters and storylines are fun so patiently waiting for new updates is alright with me <3 only (major) problem as of now is the constant freezing of the app that will eventually just restart some of ur last bits of progress when u do open the app again :’)

Four reasons why I’m absolutely OBSESSED

1: You can choose which way the story goes!
Whether you prefer drama or comedy it’s up to you!
2:This may seem small but there’s an organize button in the top left hand corner, this may just be me, but when everything’s everywhere it makes me cringe.
3:if your like me and don’t want to spend a FORTUNE, so you can play, this game is for you! You can watch ads for energy, and gem prices are reasonable.
4:and finally you can customize your character, choose hair, skin, and clothes! And I’m so glad, it makes the game feel more, well- more!

Not bad

Out of all the merge games on app platforms, this is surprisingly good. The graphics are good, you can choose your own path in gameplay, and the storyline kinda plays out like a soap opera…lol. Some of the characters are more feisty than others, but they’re relatable, which is refreshing. So far, it doesn’t seem like a money grabber like A LOT of merge games out there. You do have to watch ads for freebies, but hey, that’s part of the kick backs for playing for free. My only complaint thus far, is the game is a bit glitchy; in so far that it doesn’t register when merge timers have already counted down. So a timer might count down multiple times; or you want to buy a bubble item with your gems, but it kicks out a coin, takes your gems, and you have no item. Sometimes it doesn’t always kick out your coins or energy correctly when you merge them on your board, but the caveat of the gameplay kinda outrides the annoyance of some of the glitches. Not a bad game overall. It’s become my favorite over Merge Gossip Harbor and Long Leaf Valley.

Fun Storyline!

I’ve been playing Magic Beats for a few months now and I really enjoy the storyline. I love that you get to make choices that really do seem to affect the story! I’d like to see added is some mini-events. I’d also like something to speed up the timers that you can earn, as well as something to duplicate items as seen in other games like this. I believe this has the potential to be one of the best merge games out there!

Honestly Cuter than I Expected for being so New

This game is honestly another rather fun merge game, it’s new so it has room to grow and I’ve only started it last week so I will update if there are any drastic changes in gameplay.

There are conversation decisions in the dialogue that seem to actually change the direction of the conversation and the tone of the room. You can even pick which instrument you’d like to play. It is also essentially true to the photos and most of the advertisement I have seen so far. The plot is cute and the characters are all individual.

They have multiple skin tones, and allow you to choose your pronouns which was delightful information to me. A few minutes in you get to pick a clothing style and the outfits are actually quite stylish and diverse in taste. I chose a darker skin tone and to my delight, my pick of hairstyles included a wide range of protective hairstyles!

The voice in the very beginning very possibly sounds AI generated which I do not enjoy or support, but is only heard for that first 15ish seconds. It is possible it is just mildly distorted with an added accent, but caution is always advised in these cases.

One of my biggest frustrations so far is that you cannot play music with the app open, even if muted which to be quite honest it deterring me a little from playing the game. However, it is very cute and has a lot of potential for this being its first update!

Disappointing

For the second time my game has reset. The first time was random and the second time after the latest update. It’s a shame because I love the game. I don’t know if I will start it a third time.
