Login Issues
All I’ve seen is a thinking wheel symbol for my Country and Territory. And some network error pop up. What’s going on with this? If the APP don’t work, just take it down. If there are bug problems, fix them. It doesn’t seem like a hard thing to do, especially when money is involved, unless I’m getting what I pay for. Sondar it ain’t looking good …

Based on every reviews “Network error” (same as mine), and the way they made me feel same (not takin care of), don’t f w Tunecore anymore, except I’m still payed up for like another year lol. I went and grabbed a distrokid subscription that I actually use though.

Hey TuneCore…I’m really excited about registering for your services. However every time I try to sign in via the app it keeps saying network error…I’m still able to utilize your services online but it would really be easier for me to use the app…whashould I do
They take your money & forget about you
Even paying top $ for premium, Tunecore will hold back your career and disconnect you from your fans by their lack of customer service or care for artists who aren’t already supper famous. First they put all my songs on wrong artist pages then took everything down and made me wait months to get redistribution because I corrected the artist page, this still doesn’t make since to me. It’s bee a year of going back and forth and one song is taking an extra 3 months to publish and I’ve written over a dozen unanswered emails including reaching out to them on social media. A friend of mine suggested that I chose a different distributor and now I wish I did. Also, non of my music is available on social media platforms and they only gave me links for Apple music. This company does not care about the artist at all. Stay away if you love your music and want to show up professionally for your fans. They take your money and then forget about you.

Doesn’t work
I have been trying for days to even log into the app. First thing it says is “network error” then “something went wrong try later”. People pay a subscription monthly for this and can’t even use the app…
Could be great could be terrible
If I could get into the app I’d write a better review but the app refuses to let me log in or even connect. Tried several Wifi networks and mobile data networks.

I’ve been using this app for quite a long time and all of a sudden every time I open the app a pop up comes up and says “network error” and doesn’t do anything else. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and once again it kept giving me the same message. I even tried to sign in and same message yet again. I can sign in on the website with no problem. Please fix this!!!!

I truly feel I’m wasting money on this app and it’s not doing anything it’s supposed to do. It won’t let me post videos or text. It just randomly closes. I’m afraid to log out because it’s so hard to get back into the app. Last time I had to change my password and everything. Please fix before I’m force to take my business elsewhere.

Apparently United States of America, USA ext. aren’t Countries anymore because they aren’t valid if I could rate 0 stars I would worst app.

Tunecore doesn’t care enough about their musicians to fix this app right away. I even left a comment on their Instagram account that I ended up canceling my subscription cause I couldn’t log in, couldn’t use some of the features, and it wouldn’t post on some media accounts. They deleted my comment. Terrible. Plus, Tunecore themselves have screwed up numerous times on my releases. Don’t waste your time.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT TRUST TUNECORE
I downloaded to have assistance with my music and they began phishing for information and started taking down releases they had nothing to do with and began posting unauthorized content on my social media. They’ve attempted to destroy my content and I’ve barely began to explore the app. Tunecore is an obvious scam to harm artists and steal from them. STAY AWAY!
