Flawless in 2021
I’ve been running TuneLink in my 2004 Acura MDX for many years. I use the audio jack to feed my Acura’s auxiliary input, not the FM transmitter, and the sound is fantastic. This app still runs fine on iOS14. FWIW I would have purchased a newer vehicle a decade ago had it not been for TuneLink. Instead I start my vehicle, music immediately starts playing from my iPhone via Bluetooth - just like it would in a modern vehicle.

Update long overdue. No longer works with latest OSX update.

Update: Long overdue for an update. Not fully compatible with iOS10.
It took all of 30 seconds to get connected and playing music via Bluetooth to the car audio. Unfortunately, there are occasional "pops" and static - and the audio is very muffled. My cassette converter sounds far superior. For $100 I expected better fidelity.

Gone down hill
Since apples last update I can't even use it any more. as soon as I open the app it freezes with a big white block in the top left corner, only the home button works. Very disappointing as up until now was a very good product and app
TuneLink fm Transmitter
Was ok until I downloaded ISO 10. App has a white patch on screen. I think it needs updating.
TuneLink Auto Used To Be Awesome
My TuneLink Auto used to be really great. It's degraded over the last few months, and now it very rarely works for more than a few seconds, if it all.
So, I checked the App Store for an update. Looks like it has not been updated in the last 5 years. 5 years is a very, very long time in mobile technology. TuneLink used to be the best thing on the market. Maybe the developer forgot about it, and their customers?

Oh my goodness, can someone just do a basic update for this app?!? It's was last updated in 2011!

Tunelink app really needs an update. Was working fine until IOS 8.2 and now I get jumping and stuttering which I think is interference from the other Bluetooth devices in my car. Have emailed their support , no reply yet

Worked Great for me on Recent Trip
I've had my Tunelink for two weeks and so far have been very happy with it. We used it almost constantly during a 16 hour drive to see family over the holidays and it worked flawlessly both ways. During my stayover I was pleasantly surprised when I started up the car and the music came on without prompting.

Fix! Won't work with IOS8 now!
Was working fine and then updated to IOS8 and it won't work! Says it's connected through Bluetooth but in the app in settings it says it can't detect it!

If the phone is more than 2 inches from tune link the blue tooth connection is lost?
Good & Bad
Excellent when it's working, unfortunately it's unpredictable. When it's connected the sound quality is great, can't fault it at all and the app allows to set the send volume also.
When it doesn't connect, for some reason holding it into the rushing sir out the car window and banging it against the car door actually makes it work.

iOS 8
I have been using this product for over 3 years now. Works flawlessly almost everytime. It's a great option if you don't have the all the blows and whistles in your vehicle. The only issue: I have upgraded to the iPhone 6 now and it won't work. Can you shed some light on when the update will be available?

Has never worked quite reliably for me as per New Potato's claim and now that I upgraded from a iPhone 4S to 5S it works even worse!😁
I couldn't leave it plugged in lighter in order for the product to auto connect because it would run my relatively new battery down! As far as Customer Service, they were WORTHLESS, not only did it would take a few weeks to actually get a response, I got the same old tired advice which I had read from the help section and tried and was unsuccessful and on my last and final contact, was told that there was a new TuneLink FM Transmitter that worked with the latest iPhone and since I was a current customer, I could buy the updated model for $49.99. I didn't even bother to respond.
HOW ABOUT YOU BIG DUMMIES UPDATE THE APP TO WORK WITH APPLE'S UPDATED iOS system since the App is what makes the device have functionality!! The nerve, I wouldn't pay a penny for their "new & improved" product!

Really needs an update!
First of all, this app doesn't even use up all of iPhone 5 screen!? You need to update. And the actual device is so hard to connect to Bluetooth and it disconnects very often, waste of money.

This is an amazing Bluetooth but it needs to be updated. It connects great but within a couple of minutes, it disconnects! SOLVE THE ISSUE!
Won't work with iPhone 5s
I am so frustrated. It won't stay connected with my iPhone 5s. I have contacted the company multiple times but their only solution is to sell me a new one. I know it isn't the potato as it worked one day and not the next with a new phone. If anyone has any tips I would love them as the company doesn't care.
