Don't waste your money
This app definitely does not work like it advertised. The notes are good, if you can get them; and I can hardly even get them.

its fine. a couple things is i wish u could add to the already created lesson, and i feel like it runs really slow. not sure why, but it wont let me add iphone photos of labeled models as well. i wish the ipad version was a bit more user friendly as well

I wish the app had the same “listen” function as it does on the website.

i downloaded this app a year ago and paid for the subscription and i LOVED it it helped me so much. but, recently with the new updates it’s really disappointed me. nothings been loading, it losses my recordings, in the middle of studying it’ll say writing more questions and then give me an error page, and on top of that i’ll use the learn page and the questions it gives me some of the answers are wrong. i will not be renewing my subscription in october if none of these things get fixed. this was my go to app so im really upset with what it has become.

Podcast
The podcast does not follow along with the notes/lectures/pdf that you submit no matter how many times that you tell it to. You also cannot interact with the podcast like it says you can. Definitely recommend notebooks lm instead
why the records are not save?
I use the audio recording feature during class, but it sometimes fails to save my recordings and even the recovery fails. This has happened three times already, despite being connected to Wi-Fi and keeping the app open. It’s extremely frustrating. Please fix this bug!
Broken and no fix for months
I loved turbo AI. It was genuinely the only study tool I've used that actually worked. That was until June. They did system updates that affected the user interface and there is no longer an option to add documents or files to folders. You can only create a temporary lesson with their bot, yet it will be erased as soon as you leave the lesson.
I've sent countless emails, first making sure they were aware of the problem. It was ignored. I sent a follow up email asking to be refunded for the 3 months where Turbo AI was not delivering on the main features it promised. It was ignored.
It's so upsetting to have to let this app go because of how useful it was, but at this point I've spent $60 waiting for it to get fixed and it hasn't, meanwhile the App Store says they're performing "bug fixes" frequently yet this MAJOR issue has not been fixed for months.
Why would I pay $20 a month for "lessons" by their AI bot when nothing gets saved, you can't go back to it, and features are promised that they can't deliver.

Was better previously
Had been using the app for the past three months, the notes feature was a life saver and had been using it constantly for my exam, preparation but the latest updates have changed. The interface has changed and the notes made out of the PDF uploaded are now subpar and its dissapointing
Guys get it it’s free!
It’s pretty good if ur teacher talks so frickin fast, I can literally just tap record before class starts, put my phone in the phone holder (while it’s off btw) and irl record thw whole thing and I can generate notes after! Love how it lets u do that stuff for free and the notes and I was so shocked when I saw how it literally RETEACHES u the lesson!!! Pretty cheaper than the other ones but also perfect if u want a free app as well! Just kinda slow sometimes and I thought it didn’t make my notes but they were there and pls make it compatible for landscape mode IPad

Echt schlimme App, ich konnte einfach nur ich wohl gezwungen etwas zu kaufen obwohl ich einfach nur umsonst lernen wollte excuse me das kann ich sein, dass bei anderen Leuten das funktioniert und bei mir halt nicht okay und okay ich hab’s dann geschafft. Ich bin doch reingekommen. Nachdem ich das mir dreimal runtergeladen hab und dann ich an der Dokument scannen wollte ist einfach abgebrochen. So funktionieren Apps nicht

Needs to be free
I hate that we have to pay for the rest it would have more people using the app if they would let some parts be paid for and some be free. Overall it’s very good but I hate that everything needs monthly payments.
This was not what I expected
You have worked fine for a first in a while I would download my notes and then print them while I’m also a student in high school and cannot afford to buy the premium or even basic and so one time it told me that I already took too many notes and so it locked all of my notes so I couldn’t access them for my final and I almost failed the class because I couldn’t access my notes

I requested refund for few days even I haven’t use it, they charge my credit card, which is terrible experience
BEST WAY WASTING MONEY
I am a hight school student who study multiple AP and studying SAT. So to manage my time i paid for this ai and it is horrible. when i study AP physics they keep giving me a wrong answer even it is basic of basic question.
