Пользуюсь этим приложением достаточно давно на телефоне. Но скачала я на айпад и оно не поддерживает поворот экрана и увеличение видео на нем. Очень жаль, от подписки не откажусь, но пожалуйста, устраните эту проблему

I’m very disappointed with Turbo VPN’s subscription and refund process.
I purchased my subscription directly from the Turbo VPN website. The service had become difficult and ineffective for me to use in Myanmar, so I had already stopped relying on it and switched to another VPN.
My subscription was automatically renewed for $59.99, and I contacted Turbo VPN on the same day as the renewal charge to cancel the subscription, disable auto-renewal, and request a refund.
Support repeatedly gave me the same response that auto-renewed subscriptions are not refundable. I pointed out that Section 6.5 of their own Terms of Service refers to cancellations made “after the day of charge”, while I contacted them on the day of the charge.
I then tried to resolve the issue through live chat. On two separate occasions, the support agents disconnected the chat before my request was resolved or properly escalated to a supervisor.
My main concern is not only the VPN’s performance, but the customer experience around auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and support. Cancelling a website subscription should be straightforward, and customers should be able to get a clear answer instead of being disconnected when they ask for escalation.
I would recommend that anyone considering Turbo VPN carefully review the renewal and refund terms and make sure they understand the cancellation process before subscribing.

I use it turn it on it works fine for 10 mins and then after 10 mins it just stops working

Literally so annoying
So many ads that are honestly like 5 minutes long at some point, does not let your wifi work properly and randomly turns off. This app pisses me off don’t download it unless you want ur computer/phone lagging while trying to watch an hour long ad to just turn on the damn vpn

Terrible customer service
I terminated my service as I didn’t need it but they kept deducting the money from my card. It took many contacts to discuss it with them and I ended up declining it through my bank as Turbo kept ignoring my requests. I cancelled subscription through the app and i also contacted them direct but they kept blaming AppStore and that it is not cancelled through apple and they CANT do anything.!!!!!
