I have been using the turbo strapp for about a year now. I LOVE how accurate the heart monitor is and how user friendly the app is. Recently, I lost my charger when I was traveling and when I contacted them to purchase a replacement I got a response within minutes! Three days later, the charger showed up in the mail! Turbo strapp does a great job listening to our needs and makes sure that we are happy and satisfied. Thank you!
